Bidwells Reviews

Bidwells are first class for lettings and management, there has been no stress with letting this property from finding tenants, rent changes, dealing with issues/repairs etc. I have experienced a wide range of letting agents, they are stand out in my area (Cambridge)

From start to finish their communication was outstanding ensuring I was always informed and confident throughout the process. I highly recommend Billy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable professional and supportive real estate agent. Thank you for making the process so seamless!

Bidwells letting team have once again provided a smooth and professional service for the re-letting of our property... thank you

We were purchasers so we indirectly used Bidwells. Ollie and the team were great, so easy to deal with and helpful at every stage. If you’re looking to sell your property then choose Bidwells, you will be in great hands.

We purchased a property through Bidwells, and despite them acting for the sellers, we found Bidwells extremely easy to work with, open, transparent and extremely helpful. In the closing stages of the deal, they again helped make sure all parties in the chain were able to exchange and complete on our required timelines, and helped to navigate unexpected bumps encountered during the chain with calmness and efficiency. Highly recommended. Particular thanks to Robert & Lara.

An excellent experience from a very efficient, friendly Bidwells team. Ollie and Izzy guided us very positively through a house sale and cheerfully kept us well informed at each stage. Bidwells and this team are highly recommended.

Excellent service with very clear communication

Really good communication, and strong understanding of the market.

We recently purchased a property through the Cambridge Bidwells office. They were extremely efficient, helpful and went out of their way to ensure the sale was a positive experience for us. We would definitely recommend them!

I submitted an offer on a commercial property in King Street Cambridge, full asking price for the rent. This was last year. My calls go unanswered, they can’t even be bothered to give me an update,

By taking this unit I would have created local jobs and attracted people from outside the area into Cambridge.

Very disappointing.

Have just found the perfect place in Cambridge via Bidwells. Very straightforward process - James & team were incredibly helpful throughout. Overall a lovely experience and no stress at all. Would highly recommend !

Bidwells have provided an excellent lettings service for us since 2012 and we have no complaints at all. Theirs is a professional service that meets all of our requirements.

We were pleased with both the sale of our house and purchase of our new home in Cambridge. Emails were quickly responded to, and everyone we communicated with was helpful. Through contacts Bidwell's have, we were able to sell our home before it was marketed, and our purchase also went smoothly. I think this is because they're an established firm in Cambridge and know the market well.

I have been very pleased with the dealings I have had with Bidwells over the sale of the apartment. It’s a complicated time with tenants and leasehold issues and the outcome has been satisfactory despite an early offer falling through. They were on the case quickly and things have gone smoothly.

A very supportive team that helped assist me in the sale of my flat. Ollie Rivers explained the process clearly and guided me through the sales process. Izzy Hastings went above and beyond chasing things to help complete the sale as soon as possible. This team are very committed to the work that they do.

In selling our house, Bidwells became our agent inadvertently but we're so glad we stayed with them because Andrew Tucker proved to be a pillar of strength. He is charming, friendly and knows the business inside out. We would not have received the result we did without him. Overall, Bidwells were an really good choice in all areas and we are renting a house through them while our new property is being renovated.

We found the service provided by Bidwells to be efficient, helpful and prompt.
We dealt with Billy Donaldson, who was always courteous, informative and professional in handling the whole process from the property viewings and our eventual offer on a property.

We highly recommend Bidwells as a professional estate agency in the Trumpington area.

Ollie and Luke and their teams at Bidwells have been professional and highly organised in assisting me with the sale of my old house, and purchase of new one. Very kind, with nothing too much trouble, I am so thankful to them. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service and advice. On and off, over two years we tried to sell with other agents …sold with in 2 months with Bidwells.

Ollie Rivers and team have been absolutely fantastic in the purchase of our lovely cottage! We can’t thank you enough! Thank you so much! Hopefully we won’t be selling/buying again for the foreseeable future however you’ll be our first point of contact of course! Thanks again!
