I will be a returning customer 💯
I recently had a fantastic experience with Amanda from the bathroom team and felt it was important to share.
I had placed an order as part of an ongoing renovation, including a toilet with a brushed brass flush handle. Due to delays in the project, I only had everything installed recently and discovered that the flush handle I received was actually silver instead of brushed brass, despite my order confirming otherwise.
I contacted Amanda about the issue, and from the outset she was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient.
Amanda requested further details to verify the order and quickly confirmed the mistake. Without any hassle whatsoever, she arranged for the correct brushed brass handle to be sent out to me free of charge—and even told me I didn’t need to return the incorrect item.
I was genuinely impressed by how smoothly and promptly everything was handled. Amanda made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free.
Excellent customer service like this really stands out, and Amanda is a credit to the company. Many thanks again— Laura
P.s I love all I received, the quality and style is top class. I highly recommend shopping at the Big Bathroom Shop.

First class customer service
First class customer service, a shower kit we received was missing a small installation part, when I rang to explain and seek a replacement the customer care person Holly was the best person I've ever dealt with from any company. She understood the part I was describing immediately, found our order, and immediately agreed to dispatch the part, not only that but she got the colour of the part correct too (something I forgot to mention on the call) but she obviously checked our order to ensure the right item was sent out. Cannot fault this company or their representative, we purchased numerous items and are very happy with everything. Well done Holly and team.

Great customer experience
First it's a good website easy to navigate prices are clear it makes suggestions of essential items that go with the item you purchase. Secondly the phone help (?jack?) was very good.
Thirdly my parcel got split into two parcels and only one parcel arrived so then they responded to
My email of concern immediately and also told me when it would be found . All in all a good experience .
