Recently purchased a Milano shower from Big Bathroom Shop. After installation the unit did not function properly. I contacted the company and received advice on the problem and how to resolve it. The problem was not resolved and the company sent a replacement unit. This resolved the problem. Many thanks to the excellent customer service and Holly in particular. She does a great job.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your review.
We’re glad to hear that your order arrived as described and that you were satisfied with our service.
However, I sincerely apologize for the original delivery date not going as scheduled. While your order was still delivered within the promised timeframe, we understand how frustrating it can be when a planned date does not proceed as expected.
I have investigated this with the carrier and sent you a follow-up email with more detailed information. Please review it at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Kind regards,
Ellie

Holly deserves a raise!!!
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with BigBathroomShop.ie, and I felt compelled to share just how exceptional my experience was, especially thanks to Holly.
From the moment I reached out for help, the entire process was completely seamless. Customer service can often feel like a chore, but this was the exact opposite. Holly stepped in and handled my query with such professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that I honestly cannot speak highly enough about her. She listened carefully, understood my issue straight away, and resolved it efficiently without any stress or back and forth.
What truly stood out was not just that my problem was solved, it was how she made me feel throughout the interaction. I felt heard, valued, and genuinely supported. That kind of service is rare, and it makes all the difference.
I left the experience feeling completely satisfied and genuinely uplifted. It is amazing how one positive interaction can turn your whole day around. Because of how Holly treated me, I will absolutely be passing on that same kindness and goodwill to others.
If this is the standard of service at BigBathroomShop.ie, they are doing something very right. Huge thanks again to Holly, she is a real credit to the company.

The delivery courier they use just want…
The delivery courier they use just want to leave everything on the side of the road.
I seen the response but the delivery driver pretended to try and bring it to the door and said he couldn't get it up the tiny curb, then I asked how was I suppose to get it to my house if he couldn't with the trolley.
If he said they only do curbside I wouldn't have a problem but pretending to try and expecting me figure it out is what I have a problem with.

Hello,
Thank you for your review.
We are really sorry to hear about your experience with our delivery service. We appreciate the frustration caused due to the driver being unable to carry the items to your property.
We have taken a look into this and we can see that your order was dispatched on a pallet due to the product containing glass. Our drivers are not authorised to unwrap the pallets, which is why they were only able to deliver to the kerbside. However, we understand how this can be inconvenient, and we are sorry for this.
We are aware that you requested for the goods to be returned and we have since received them back. A full refund has therefore been issued and the payment will reflect within your account used to place your order, in the next 2-5 working days.
Should you require any further assistance at all in the meantime, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Many thanks.
