This company clearly advertises as Big Bathroom shop Ireland however it is UK based, shipping between 2-7 days is not realistic, I received my order late, then when I was not happy with part of my purchase I wad told I would have to provide weight and measurements OF ALL MY ITENS IN AN EMAIL so that a courier could price a return of my ITEMS TO THE UK, STILL AWAITING A PRICE.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED SHOP IRELAND AGAIN

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your review.
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your order, and I want to assure you that we are doing our best to resolve this as quickly as possible.
As mentioned on our call, while we operate under an Irish domain, we are not based in Ireland. Our registered address is in the UK, which is also listed on our website.
I can also confirm that your order was delivered on the sixth working day, which falls within our stated delivery timeframe of 2–7 working days.
After monitoring your case, I’m pleased to confirm that your issues have been addressed in further detail and a resolution has been reached.
We hope this has provided with you with some reassurance. Your feedback is always appreciated and has been taken on board.
Kindest regards,

Hello,
Thank you for your review.
We have tried to call you to assist further, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you.
We are sorry to hear that the brass finish of your tap, was not what you expected. Our products are hand finished, which can result in subtle variations in colour, and lighting or screen settings may also affect how the finish appears. We understand how disappointing this can be and appreciate your feedback. If the tap is unused, you are welcome to return this to us. Should you wish to proceed, please let us know by either returning our call or responding to our email and we can advise you of the next steps.
Many thanks.

Excellent Customer service
My dealings with both Lauren and Amanda was excellent. I ordered an outdoor shower which I could not install. I was outside the timeframe for a refund but this was not an issue. Furthermore the transport company messed up and again your staff dealt with the issue promptly for me. Thank you and I will recommend you to anyone requiring bathroom items. Niamh Cagney

Excellent customer service and delivery experience.
This was the second purchase I made from the Big Bathroom Shop and it far exceeded my expectations. I had reason to contact the customer services with a question and I received a full response within a couple of hours. After placing my order I was kept fully updated on the delivery schedule. The items were securely packed on a pallet and wrapped to ensure no damage. The quality of the products are top class. I would highly recommend the Big Bathroom Shop.

My mixer arrived with the hot and cold stickers on the wrong side of the mixer but the issue was resolved quickly. Shower is really lovely and has a nice handy ledge for placing shampoo and shower gel etc.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your review.
We sincerely apologize for the delivery issues you’ve experienced.
We fully understand your concerns, and we’re committed to resolving this for you as quickly as possible.
I recently attempted to call you to discuss the situation, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to get through.
To clarify, our pallet deliveries are a kerbside service, meaning they are delivered to the edge of your property rather than brought directly to your door.
At your earliest convenience, please take a look at my email.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Ellie
