Excellent, great service, friendly staff.

It would help if you had dedicated and obvious Big Bus bus stops . This would help us to know where to get the bus from . Other than that a great way to see Hong Kong with very helpful staff at Central .

There should be more buses with quicker frequency on all routes

We had done the New York City tour last year which was great which is why we booked Hong Kong but the Hong Kong tour was poor. Tour audio was prerecorded but it was the lack of commentary that is is a very big let down - the bus would drive past many monuments/sites of interest but most of the audio was a 1980s electric guitar solo. Also we were told to get off bus to ride in a small boat (part of the ticket) but no one said if we were to do thiswe were going to miss the last bus so we had to taxi back to town.

Bad points:
Some of the Bus drivers rude
No clearly demarcated signs at many of the numbered points
Not enough information on the Night tour on the website - mostly spent time in traffic and it was not clear we would not see the light show at the harbour
Did not respond to an email query - turnaround time is slow
The map should indicate at which points there are big bus representatives in case u dont start at the beginning of the route

Easy and comfortable Sightseeing tour. Good Package.

The tours were on time, informative and good value.
The extra bonus tours were all for fantastic experiences - we covered most of all the MUST SEE Hong Kong sites.
Would recommend Big Bus Tours for first time visitors and those who want to see the sites of Hong Kong again :-)

Very informative and interesting tour. Numerous stops in tourist locations and regular services. Defintatly worth it

After waiting an hour at a designated stop for a bus, the tourist office (at the stop) called Big Bus Tours for me and I was told that the stop had been moved because of a public holiday. There was no sign, and no notification on the website. Needless to say, I cancelled my ticket and used Uber instead.

Very good! I like to use Big bus for convenience to visit main places of attraction.

Great experience, good routes. But would like to hear more diverse history or facts about the city on different routes. Too much repetition.

I bought the ticket on internet but still had to go to the ticket office which annoyed me a bit. And sometimes I struggled to find the bus stops. The rest was excellent.

Amazing staff and definitely worth it - great way to see Hong Kong and the extra inclusions (Tram ticket) made it enjoyable

PROS:
- Easy way to get around the main sights.
CONS:
- pre-recorded audio commentary is poor (short / limited information / too many long gaps filled with music).
- expensive way to get around the main sights.

I bought a 2 day deluxe pass online - at the end of day one, i realised i had lost the paper tickets that had been issued before I got on the bus - that is to say, I lost the unused tickets that were valid for the following day. I thoufht that wouldn't be a problem since I had purchased them online. I sent an e-mail asking the company to re-issue them so that I could use them for my second day, and the reply was that it wasn't possible, taht my purchase was the same as if I had bought the tickets on the street. ZERO customer service, I wasted my money, dont recommend the service.

Super experience, seeing Hongkong in 48 hrs.

An extremely good and enjoyable way to see Hong Kong Very good value for money and the fast track for the tram to the peak is an absolute bonus. Would highly recommend
