No phone support, unable to cancel membership online so, when can you cancel? Do not input your card number if you are not planning on paying the membership indefinitely.

They vaguely do kind of what they say. They are vague in everything, and you could get better information just googling, but that was my fault, and I was fine with my mistake for trusting them. I then saw what they were and closed the account, and no, they were not done and charged me another year, and when I asked to get the money refunded, they then made it so I could not get on the site and ask for help. Please just go to Trustpilot and read I am not alone. Also, they will put some bull below this like they are trying to fix it. Don't believe they care even a little; this is nothing but smoke and mirrors. Also remember in total it looks like at this time as far as I can see on trust pilot at least 36 peple gave it a less than three stars out of 199. Seems pretty bad to me.
Si if your read the bull shit above you would think that it is resolved but they are full of shit and are keeping me from getting onto the account to close it. People please do screw up and go with these pieces of crap

They are absolutely a shady company, they are very vague in their free trials and then will immediately charge you $390 without prior notice. Their customer service and refund department is the most rude and condescending people I have ever met. The man I spoke to was very unprofessional. I would never recommend them!

They don't admit to any foul play, however it appears my home network has been banned from accessing biggerpockets.com. This started the minute I ended a customer service conversation with someone that refused to help my request.
Of course, attempting to undo the ban is a convoluted effort by their support that they request additional time and resources. "We are a small team" is the excuse.
It's hard to believe a small team is running one of the top real estate investing websites. For all the P&L advertised by BP influencers, you would think the owner is cleaning up and maintaining a support team commensurate to their AUM.
Very frustrated with the customer Service Bigger Pockets provides.
I have been blocked. Since July. I have not done anything wrong because I have hardly used Bigger Pockets. I have been contacting customer service since July . Noone will respond to tell me what I can do to fix the problem. They have asked me to provide verifiable identification 2 times which I have done. I rate Bigger Pockets as a minus Zero for customer service. They do not even provide a phone number. Very very frustrated. Ruth, Illinois.

Absolutely terrible customer service towards me. I feel they overcharged me and when I called to complain they refused to credit me back, despite having cancelled the service. I believe their system glitched and charged me extra and they refuse to consider this. Horrible business etiquette.

Horrible experience! Biggest waste of my money is what it should be called. Run from this so called “ service” I purchased a year of “pro” and it only worked for one week I have sent multiple support tickets and no one is able to correct it or care to correct it. What do they care they’ve got my money. Do not pay them any money.

Hands down the worst customer service out of any company I have ever worked with! I never write reviews but was compelled to after having 10+ emails and multiple calls and voicemails ignored. They are good at communication up until you sign a contract with them and then it is radio silence. After a week of outreach to them (as a paying customer) when they do talk to you there is absolutely no mention of why or how they could even ignore you for that long.
Do better.

They are listed as paying for a typing job, but they never pay: they tell you they can only pay if you sign up for a Wavers Ton Stream account!

Bought a subscription to download a rental contract. Could not Log in no password reset or anything would work. Could never Log in until later when a customer service rep sent me a homogenous password. Impossible to reach anyone on the customer service line: it's a voice mail machine!? I used their agent to buy a house, but that experience was at least better than trying a subscription! Never again! Cannot reach customer service. They call me each morning at 800 am to 900 am when I'm at work still. Then after that their unreachable

Scam and rip off company!! They would charge you for a service that was never rendered. I never used the service for the entire year and t=when the year was over, I was auto charged on 04/15/24 without my authorization $390 a year for a membership that I never even used. It was not till 4/15 that I was notified of the charge of $390 . As soon as I received the email about the charge, I immediately called them on the same day and canceled it with Michael and he told me I have to goonline and do it and couldn't . He said that I have to call them, which is strange and i did a couple of times and noone answered the phone. When I finally was able to speak to someone and contacted them, I was told by Hillary that the Auto charge is automatic when you buy their membership and I don't recall allowing them to do so and i did not!! Had I known, I would never have bought their membership. This is not right and I never heard of a company charging people for a service not rendered and why would you charge me a month service when I never used it and when I canceled the same day the charge was billed. My message To Hillary is below.

I never received your reminder email on 03/01. It must have gone to spam. If I did, I would have canceled it then as I never used the service. I canceled it on the same day I received the invoice, which was 4/15 and that’s why I reached out to Michael, who canceled it the same day when the charge was still pending. I tried calling your office and was not able to reach anyone till 4/17 and Michael said that you are a small team and to call again and I did and spoke to Rachel, who assured me that she will process it right away and she did . I was never told I would be charged one month. Also, if you check my profile, you will notice that I never even used the services throughout last year. With that said, I would greatly appreciate a refund of the $32.50 difference that you deducted.
Up to now , she refused to refund me the $32.50, which I feel is wrong and unfair considering a cancelation was done the same day and I never authorized the auto charge of my credit card. This is more about the principle and what's right and what's wrong and not about the money but will make sure that it is reported.
I tried resolving this matter amicably with the vendor via email and phone prior to writing this review but unfortunately I have been unsuccessful. I will definitely be reporting these practices to the right authorities as I see I was not alone to be ripped off and scammed and I hope my experience will be beneficial to someone who was considering using their services .

The investor friendly realtors are not vetted. The realtors I attempted to work with were not at all experienced in real estate investment or even worse,not experienced and scammers.
Honestly,BiggerPockets is about getting you to buy into their membership with the promise of game changing information.Unfortunately, the $250 membership education is very dated. The only part that is updated is the forums that the general public posts on and not the people who run the website.
