Hello, I like Biggerpockets platform . This is very easy to navigate. Great community outreach and cooperation on all levels from novice investors to professional money management . I joined in hopes of making new business relations in property management. So far just reading the discussions in the forums .I have grown in my business scene . Love Bigger Pockets! I learn so much every time I listen. And no, you do not always have to be sunshine and rainbows. ;)

You get so many Freebies: great educational content applicable to different aspects of real estate, networking with other investors at varying levels and backgrounds in the real estate industry, accessible videos via computer or YouTube, reasonably priced boot camps, webinars, etc. Too many quality resources to list, you just need to sign up and experience it yourself. More important, it's a community of real estate investors who share the real estate bug!

Upgradeable to Pro: When you want, you can upgrade to a paid subscription of BiggerPockets (BP) for REI calculators, additional videos, discounts to webinars and boot camps (some that are only available to paid members), and more.

My guilt of using BiggerPockets as a go-to resource led me to upgrade to Pro. I've gone to events where gurus would do high-pressure sales marketing their system for thousands of dollars. I'd rather use my credit (not credit cards) and apply the money saved for a first home or investment property purchase (and support BiggerPockets for free or a nominal upgrade fee) instead. It's a win-win! Thank you BP!
