I asked to be refunded for a monthly subscription immediately after being charged for it. I was told "nope, sorry we don't do that, but you can just continue to use the service for the next month." LAME, horrible customer service. Bad sentiment left on a new user.

WARNING!!!AVOID THE BIGGER POCKETS LEAD GEN.

Its the worst lead gen I have ever dealt with. its a complete overcharge ripoff. The sales people will lie just to get the sale. The leads are very very low quality and the majority will be wholesalers or people trying to sale you on something. Straight up trash!! Not even deserving of a single star. Customer service was of no help. They got their money so they don't care about the salespeople scamming with lies. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere..

Adam Macias with BiggerPockets used our client's local service ads(paid) profile to offer his services. Why market to real estate agents through their own paid marketing platforms?

I love this web site. As a 0etson that was in the real estate for many year and dropped out for some time. This w3b site and the bigger pocket contributors do a great job of bring me up to speed with the latest trends and startegies. Keep it up Bigger pockets! True exceptional!

Love the easy access to real estate information, topics, and trade partners. Bigger Pockets is real estate for all, not just a chosen few. Membership pricing and perks is super affordable.

It's been a great resource for REI. They community covers a HUGE range of topics. I've been able to find answers and locate partners to work with.

Bigger Pockets is a GREAT company in all aspects of real estate. If you are a beginner investor you REALLY need to look them up. Bigger Pockets will show you how to analysis a property for either a flip or rental, as well as inform you on the BRRR method which I never hear about until Bigger Pockets. Plus you can find realtors, finance, contractors etc. in your city or out of state. I like that if I can not make a live seminar, I can review the seminar at my leisure. I have told many people about Bigger Pockets and will continue to do so.

So many ways to learn about real estate and from any position as a REI. From beginners to seasoned professionals. BP is amazing

I've been a moderator on BP since 2009. As,a general contractor and Realtor that relocsted to So Cal during the crash, I needed real market data on the area. I found BP and have been hooked ever since.

Excellent source of real estate investment information and networking. Highly recommend!

The information is timely and accurate. And, you're not pressured to buy anything.

Great website and community for anyone interested in real estate. The podcasts are my favorite, but I have also enjoyed the forums, books, and tools.

It is a great platform that can help you many of your Real Estate Investment questions. Just post your question in the Forum and it will get answered by someone who went through the same issue. And they are always adding new tools to help us Investors

Really a ton of great information that is free. However a little disappointed that even after purchasing a PRO plan with BP that lots of items they promote and say you can access with BP all cost EXTRA. In my opinion, some of these apps or features should be included with the PRO option. Other than that, I have learned quite a bit with BP to this point. I don't plan on going anywhere.

Clear information and a great starting point for anyone getting into real estate. Their webinars, while useful appear to have the same theme again and again. Signed up to the pro but never received the free books they had promised. Overall, worth it to sign up to pro if you are serious about learning more about real esate.

I have been listening to the BP Podcasts for years. This community of investors is a wealth of information and knowledge sharing. The website is a 1 stop shop for anything you need to get started in real estate investing - educational materials, agents, lenders, deals, and helpful experienced members!

Great place to meet real investors. Bigger Pockets has opened up channels I did not have to connect through before. I have gained quite a bit of new information and met a lot of great investors, all with their own twist on things. It is nice to get other perspectives. I also enjoy working with like minded individuals who have varying levels of experience. If you want to be independent in the Real Estate world and grow at your own pace and comfort level, Bigger Pockets has much of what you need.
