It is a goldmine of information for small investors. The forums are incredible. Experts are available to respond directly in the forums for fast answers to their questions.

BiggerPockets is an excellent, comprehensive resource for new and experienced real estate investors alike. They offer an extensive library of informative books, podcasts, videos, calculators, and forums for answering questions and connecting with other real estate professionals.

Bigger Pockets is a great resource for all your real estate needs. They have already done the research, has resident experts, and allows the community to share their experiences/advice with others like in the articles, blogs, and webinars.

Bigger Pockets has been an excellent resource for all things related to real estate investing. Books, newsletters, webinars, networking contacts, all helped me get my start. One year later I have a long term rental that's occupied and am a Limited Partner with Better Capital Fund and participating in my first investment with them. Plus some side humor. I feel like if your a W-2 employee in your 30’s this materiel is mandatory!

The podcasts are very informative and encouraging while the hosts continue to be straight shooters wanting newbies to not enter the world of real estate investing with rose colored glasses on so to speak.

I have used bigger pocket for over three years is a great app to use and if you are a beginner, Investor or Lender or Realtor, I would always preferred that you use bigger pocket to learn everything you can about flipping properties in Jeffrey Abraham, Denver, Colorado
