Very bad service
Very bad service. Probably to easy questions they can make find answer to the queastion. But overall, very poor service. They haven't been able to restore access to my funds for a month now. And doesn't even answer my questions. When using these services, expect that if you contact them with even the slightest problem, they will leave you without your financial resources and you will be ignored on top of that.

Update V2 Stay away BILDERINGS.
They closed my account for reasons I accept, which happened last year in December 2023. Since June, I have been requesting the return of my balance and funds. Initially, the compliance officer responsible for decisions confirmed that my money would be returned. However, today they refuse to send it back and continue to hold my funds.
This so-called payment service is holding onto my money, seemingly to keep Bilderlings afloat. I am now forced to escalate this matter to the financial authorities to recover my funds.
The response from Bilderlings is utterly unacceptable. Their Compliance Department, responsible for assessing risks, has given the green light to refund me. However, the individual responsible for processing the payment is refusing to do so. This is nothing short of abuse, as they are unjustly withholding €750 without providing any valid reason. I have already filed a formal complaint with the relevant authorities. My advice: stay away from Bilderlings.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I’m quite frustrated with my experience at Bilderlings. After going through the entire process of creating an account and completing verification, I found out that they only offer EUR accounts. This information should have been made clear upfront before wasting my time. It would save users from unnecessary hassle if Bilderlings were more transparent about their account offerings from the beginning. Very disappointing.
