Expensive and useless
I spent 40 euros in the last month without making any transactions on the account. Also, my debit card was not delivered to me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service
UPD: I spent a lot of time figuring out your confusing rates, buggy app, and delivery service that didn't call or text me. When I arrived in another part of the city to get my card, it turned out I was late. No, I won't waste any more time on your disgusting service.

It's quite a while my company is Bilderling's customer and I am happy with the bank. The managers are supportive and responsive. The most important that I feel secure with the bank and I never encountered unpleasant "surprises", like hidden fees or anything that could cause me inconvenience.

Not the best
I have a very big experience in banking and fintech services, but working with Bilderings all the time you must be ready for different surprises and challenges.
We were lucky, that our manager Tatjana P. was really professional and helpful. She was the bridge between strange regulations of the Bilderlings and custom expectations.

We are more than satisfied with Bilderlings
I would like to thank Bilderlings for superfast accounts opening and an excellent service. We needed accounts urgently and we got them with Bilderlings within several days. The compliance process is straightforward, our account manager helps us with valuable advices. Operation wise, we have never faced issues. Sometimes there are some limitations on receiving/sending SWIT payments but in most cases, it is possible to find a solution by consulting with Bilderlings team. SEPA payments work excellent. We will keep using Bilderlings in our business without a doubt and recommend this service for everyone who needs a personal / corporate account and would like to have a balance between compliance pressure, speed of operations execution, and high-level service.

Мой счет был заблокирован. У меня есть бизнес счет в Bilderlings на мою компанию. Но вечером я без предупреждения получил блокировку, хотя работаю с Bilderilngs уже 2 года, и постоянно работаю с переводами и отвечаю на всевозможные вопросы.
Задав менеджеру почему мой счет был заблокирован - я получил ответ, что мол не ответил на все вопросы от комплаенса, хотя я на все ответил, но видимо прошлый менеджер - не переслал их, и уволился, а страдает клиент. Спасибо большое, что заморозили 70000 евро, без предупреждения. Не рекомендую, ужасный сервис.

В рамках регулятивных требований Bilderlings обязан строго соблюдать законом установленные требования (на основе оценки уровня риска клиентов) по проведению углубленной проверки клиентов с целью получить информацию о деятельности клиентов и операциях проводимых по счету. Если информация, предоставленная клиентом, не отвечает на поставленные вопросы, Bilderlings не может провести предусмотренную законом проверку и соответственно не имеет право проводить операции клиента по счету.

Excellent payment system
I opened a bank account for my European company in Bilderlings in May 2020. There appeared to be no difficulties with opening the account, and I even got support in a rather difficult situation, as in my jurisdiction, the account had to be opened before the registration of the company.
After 2.5 years, I can confidently state that there are only real experts working in Bilderlings.
They ask for payment confirmations and check the activities of your company as any other bank does. However, nothing supernatural was required from me during all this time, only the information needed in any European bank. And I fully support such checks because I am sure that other clients are also engaged in legitimate activities, so sanctions against the payment system seem to be unlikely.
I would like to express my gratitude to the team for their work. Especially to my current manager Olga, and to my first manager Valērija. I can imagine the number of different tasks they are facing, and I can only admire their professional abilities. I look forward to our productive cooperation for many years to come.

Great Company with sustainable development, customer friendly
I was surfing the internet and see many negative comments about company. I am totally disagree the Company is excellent. I am with this Company more than 2 years. And I am fully satisfied with their services.
Yes they are costly, but some month ago their reduced fees for individuals, is offering bonuses: cashbacks, possibility to pay for some services via card when other banks just declining them and etc.
They payments are executed in few seconds, may be less -)). They explained to me that they are not a bank, and sent information how they are safeguarding my assets. It was very useful for me to know and to understand how I am protected.
Yes, They asked me questions during onboarding, I satisfied them: nothing special little bit info on my job (who I am, and what I am doing, they checked me - the same procedure as in other banks or companies), I am fully transparent. Company knows it, and I have no problems.
I seems that persons who is negative writing either not giving info (People this is part of our modern life - give info to the banks!!!) or involved in not-clear (transparent) activities. Then they writing negative reviews.
I am wishing new developments to the Bilderlings!!!

A FCA regulated company authorized to steal your money.
They've found an interesting method, they ask you to pay for onboarding fee (1000 euro), if you refuse (like I did cause I considered it too expensive) they attract you with a discount (800 euro).
Once you pay the 800 euro and send the documents requested you'll keep receiving this email for few months:
"Sorry for the delay. Latest when I will get back to you is Monday.
Please, accept our apologies."
And every week the same answer.
STAY AWAY!!! DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Complaints Officer was really quick to answer my concerns about a pending payment, I had to send some documents to comply with KYC/AML regulations and they finally unlocked the situation.
I can now recommend working with Bilderlings.
