Visited Bills in Greenwich for lunch on a Saturday after a trip to the Cutty Sark. Unfortunately we found the service rather poor. After being sested we waited 20 mins for drink orders to be taken and another 20 mins for them to be served. We requested a kids milkshake with non- dairy milk but were advised that although they had oat milk it’s not possible to make a milkshake with it ( for some inexplicable reason) . Very disappointing since waiting staff are very good at asking about allergies but then the restaurant is unable to provide for them. Service was extremely slow. We waited almost half an hour after finishing mains even though the restaurant was half empty by that time - then had to ask staff to clear the table and bring the dessert menu. All in all a very disappointing visit and no where near as good as the Soho branch. Probably will avoid in future

Visited Bill's Restaurant at Rushden Lakes with 2 grandchildren.
It was very busy because they had a special deal for 2 children to eat for free.
Service was slow but it was BUSY.
Main courses were fine but the dessert for the grand children was disappointing......the pancakes were so tiny.
My major concern was the state of the toilets.
One was out of action and the others were DISGUSTING!!!!!

Definitely a fan of bills brand and will return to other locations in the future

We had the best customer service at the Westfield Bill’s on Bank holiday Monday. Very patient polite and accommodating staff. Shout out to Dave who sorted an issue we had with our food, efficiently and without fuss. The restaurant was super busy but they still managed to give us full attentive service. I think a bonus is due for the team. Thanks guys!

I had lunch in the Chichester restaurant.
We had a good cosy table away from the hubbub .
Service was good but I had to ask twice for a jug of water.
I had the Santorini salad with two ingredients removed as my main meal.
I was very disappointed in the size of the meal . There was mostly watermelon along with a few strips of lettuce. The most disappointing was that I had 5 x half inch square portions of Feta cheese.
The meal was not worth the price.

Place is situated well in the lakes, so a great view and vibe.
Staff were happy and smiling ( you don’t always see that!) professional but friendly too.
Food was fantastic as was the service.
I also get 20% off with my blue light card which is a bonus!
Definitely will return.

my mid day brunch was perfectly cooked and just about the best breakfast I have had for years.
Very prompt service staff attentive and prompt.

Street outlet resturant - very well done

Awful. I was at Bills in Southampton recently based on the website impression of what to expect. Very disappointing. It is shocking that this is the standard. Especially when you consider who owns this chain! Service was poor, slow and forgetful. Food offering is average, bland and tasteless. My food was cold. I sent it back. Staff were apologetic. Not their fault. The fault clearly lies with management and ownership. This visit was a complete waste of time and money. I feel ripped off. I will never go back and will advise others to stay away.
I have a fair amount of experience in hospitality and it makes me angry to see such a lame offering parading itself as something that is good. Especially considering who owns it! - Duping people and taking their hard earned cash is not a noble endeavour.

I was warmly welcomed by the manager, a true professional whose friendly smile set the tone for my visit. Despite the busy service, the team worked quickly, efficiently, and with genuine warmth. A pleasure to dine here – Bill’s Brighton can be proud of such an excellent team.

Manish was an amazing server as he made sure our stay at bills was pleasant and exquisite.

I took my daughter for breakfast for her birthday at Bill’s Restaurant Milton Keynes. Vintage meets modern with a unique quirkiness, staff are extremely friendly and felt like they valued us being there. They made sure we had everything and even brought out a sparkle brownie singing happy birthday. Thank you to the woman who greeted and seated us and the gentleman who served us 110% service great experience

Attended for my birthday breakfast and sat outside. Great service, good prices and very attentive staff.

Visited Bill's today for breakfast and was served by Lisa. Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely way to start the day.
Would defenetly recommend.

I liked the place itself, very nice ambience, service was relaxed, staff were polite, pleasant and laid back, I order a main breakfast, my wife ordered halloumi and fried potatoes (these were both on the menu as extras, but we explained that this is what we wanted as my other half has a current difficulting eating certain foods.
When my breakfast arrived, they had added the halloumi to my plate and not brought the fried potatoes and to boot the breakfast was quite cold, so I asked if they could bring what we had asked for , they kindly offered me a new breakfast and my wifes meal.
The breakfast arrived quite soon after a lot quicker than the first one had arrived, on it were two nice new eggs as the others looked like the meal had been sitting under a hot plate, I ate the brekfast and it was ok, but the one of the original pieces of halloumi was under the hash browns, indicating to me that they just took off the hallumi (not very well) and put on two new eggs.
A shame it was quite promising when we first got there, but if all had gone well, I would not have minded the long wait for food, I hope they improve things, the menu looked nice, the place was nice, staff were pleasant, food, let it down as did the rectification of an issue that should never have arisen

Visited Bills near Baker Street Tube, a lovely ambience, great food and a lovely warm welcome with great service from a waitress called Cresliva, thank you
