Instructions office to follow and I am not new to this type of furniture.
Quality not as I would expect when purchasing from Next.
Some fixings visible when completed so overall not great.
Would return if I could but once assembled that option isn’t available so we are stuck with it.
Already looking for a replacement

its past my delivery timeframe and I have not received my furniture yet. I dont know what review they are asking for the order that I have not received.

AVOID AT AL COSTS… STOLEN bed, never received it. Contacted them twice no answer. Still waiting to hear where my bed is. I had to contact B&Q to open an investigation into this issue, but I’m still bedless and £180 lighter.

Good price and easy to assemble

Sofas went together very easily, but are a little on the hard side. (Probably just a personal preference)
Service from Birlea was very good and kept updated, but the same can't be said for Homebase who we purchased through.

I bought a five drawers cabinet and it is exactly as what I have seen at the showroom. It is operating normally but the problem is that it smells very strong. I have already opened all the drawers in a room with all windows opened for three days and yet the smell is still strong.

Excellent experience. Cory arrived on time and was very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't have done more.

Delivered on time and with care

First delivery date was 15th April, didn’t arrive, then 21st April, didn’t arrive and was told my the AI bots to wait till 1st May for my package. Today i received a package of a coffee table and not the 3 door wardrobe i ordered. After waiting close to two weeks for my delivery with barely any communication from Birlea, i get the wrong 😑 parcel. This has been a really awful experience.

Fantastic from being kept informed with delivery to the guys that delivered, they were fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

Delivered on time, two men arrived were swift polite and placed my 3 large boxes upstairs with their shoes off. Thank you.

A quality product at a competitive price.
The oak lamp table that was delivered compliments my lounge and was just what I wanted.
It was delivered to me by a two very friendly guys.

Paid for next day delivery. It’s now been a week and I’ve had no contact, just a message asking if I’m enjoying the product.

Update [30/04/2026]: I received a response yesterday (April 29) stating the item was out of stock and I would have to wait until May 11th for it to be shipped and then wait for delivery times. Poor customer service and communication.

Kept informed every step of the way. I asked for a 30 min arrival call and they were as good as their word. Polite and brought the item in. Smart professional polite and friendly and the drawers are fabulous! Beautifully wrapped for protection. What a great company!!!

Excellent delivery, I was kept updated in the days before the delivery and the time was updated during the morning of the delivery. The delivery men were polite and courteous.
The product is designed very cleverly, it fits together well and is very sturdy.
I would thoroughly recommend to anybody looking to buy a new bed.

Delivered two 40kg boxes up the stairs straight into my place. Excellent service.
