I have used Bishop Plumbing and Heating for many years and they have always been very helpful and efficient

Good comms. Very efficient and Paul knows his stuff and I trust him with my boiler. Very respectful of your property and keeps to the time booked. Good price for a very detailed service and Paul keeps you informed of what he is doing and has found. Does what is required and doesn't try to upsell stuff you don't need. Highly recommended.

Simple really. We had a problem; we contacted Bishop's, and Paul came out that afternoon. Problem fixed.

Really pleased with the fitting of our boiler. Paul and Harrison were very professional and friendly. They completed the work in a day and was very thorough and tidy as they worked.

I reported a fault to our boiler on Thursday (it was dripping water) and Paul came out on the same day in the afternoon. The fault was diagnosed and sadly the boiler needed to be replaced. (it was 13 years old)
A new boiler was ordered, delivered to us by 08.30 the next day and was fitted by Dave on the that day too!
We had recently refurbished our kitchen and I was worried that it may be spoiled but we needn’t have concerned ourselves.
Dave was personable and took so much care to ensure he didn’t damage anything, he is clearly a very experienced engineer and we were confident that the work carried out was to a high standard.
Our kitchen was left clean of all debris and 30 minutes after he’d left I had washed and buffed the worktops and put everything back.
The new boiler runs much more quietly and is running well.
We have had an annual service plan with Bishop Plumbing and Heating for several years now (and will continue to do so) and have recommend them to our neighbours who are equally as satisfied as we are.
We really don’t think you could ask for a better service than Bishop Plumbing and Heating.
A little tip for would be customers.. Custard creams seem to be a hit with the engineers! 😉

I have the boiler and cylinder on an annual service contract with Bishop Plumbing and Heating. Monthly payments are at a very competitve price.
Paul and his team are always friendly and professional, from the phone contact to arrange servicing, right through to the on-site engineer visits.
Highly recommended.

Paul and the team did a great job of installing our air conditioning. A professional grade installation, everything neat and tidy. The equipment supplied is brilliant. And the price was very reasonable considering it’s a larger install with 5 indoor units and two outdoor units. Clivet isn’t an established brand in the UK, but don’t be put off by that - as Paul confirmed my own research. They’re exactly the same as Bosch.

Amazing company, had them out a few times from having a new boiler, they service our boiler yearly with no issues and just fixed my toilet. Took a while but that's because I had a system that wasn't easy to find but they did and all fixed now

Paul was extremely helpful taking time to explain the process of installing A/C. Paul explained the quote and the current demand and lack of stock across the UK. In Saying that Paul and his team went out of their way to source premium products surprisingly quickly. When we were contacted by Jodie from his admin team, Jodie also talked us through the booking in process and what space would be needed to start and complete the work in and around each room. The installation was started by David & Harry ( Henry ) and the team were exceptional working around our home with our special needs adult children with care and consideration, which means a lot to us and our family. The two days the installation took did not feel like a chore and a stressful situation which it can do when contractors are in your home. We have nothing but praise and respect for the way we were dealt with by Bishops Plumbing & Heating! We will certainly use this company again when needed in future and have no qualms about recommending them to anyone who may need their services. Thanks Paul and all your team for your thoroughness and customer service, this is sometimes lacking within a lot of industries nowadays! Your company in our opinion is a throwback to better times.

At our annual boiler service and inspection I asked if Paul knew a local company that could do air conditioning, he supprised me in that was one of the services he provides. After giving us a quote we went ahead and this was fitted shortly thereafter. The work was carried out within ten days and he was right about the time it would take, even better was the fact that all packaging and rubbish was removed from site and furniture replaced where it had been moved. We only had the main bedroom fitted but we felt the difference that same night, I was able to breathe easier and I slept better for the first time since my cancer operation. Paul has proved once again that local small businesses are really good value for money and should be used wherever possible. We are going to ask Paul for a quote to up rate our shower and bath room taps for easier operation as he has proved to be a really good with price and reliability, also someone we trust.
