I didn’t even request a quote for…
I didn’t even request a quote for boiler or heating! Yet they have tried contacting me 6 times today via email and text and numerous calls the messages started at 06:57 this morning from someone called Paul. People have work and don’t need to be harassed I have blocked this number now I didn’t request a quote for boilers or boiler services one message or email would have been sufficient if I had done but to send multiple and call multiple times is completely unnecessary this is not how business should conduct themselves if anything it screams they are desperate for work, should I ever need a boiler replacement or services I shall certainly not be using this place

After investigating, we found that your enquiry, submitted through Bark, was incorrectly categorised by our automated system as a boiler enquiry rather than an air conditioning enquiry. This resulted in follow-up messages that were not appropriate for your request. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we apologised and explained what had happened.
We understand why this was frustrating and have since reviewed our communication process to help prevent it happening again.
Whilst we never had the opportunity to visit your property or provide a quotation, we appreciate your feedback and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent communication & work
Excellent communication (Paul even phoned us on a Sunday when he was away to answer a query we had) and competitive price. Our tenants tell us the engineer (Dave) was prompt, polite & friendly, worked efficiently and tidied up after the work.

Would recommend using Bishop Plumbing…
From start to finish Bishop Plumbing and Heating were very professional and efficient when my boiler started leaking water. Paul Bishop was very clear with the options available and the costs for each new boiler. Dave who installed the boiler and who carried out the initial inspection, was very knowledgeable, polite and carried out the new boiler installation to a professional standard. My wife and I would definitely recommend using Bishop Plumbing and Heating.

We value the competence and reliability
We value the competence, knowledge and helpfulness of Paul Bishop who worked on our boiler's annual maintenance. When a bolt broke he told us exactly how it happened, that he had already arranged an Ideal engineer to arrive in a few days, that the boiler was working perfectly in the meantime. We were reassured, and the Ideal engineer arrived as promised and made the repair in one hour. Paul Bishop's communication and explanations are clear and accurate.

Great Plunbing service
From start to finish Bishop Plumbing & Heating provided a competitive, professional and friendlky service. Our CH boiler was declared unsafe leaving us without hot water and warmth. Paul reacted quickly submitted a quote and made resources available immediately.
David, our installation engineer, attended the next day and managed to replace our faulty boiler and clean the CH system all in the same day. I cannot praise the company enough. Both Paul and David did a great job for a competitive price in a friendly and efficient manner
