Absolutely first class service from a local company. Prompt and worked hard.

After initial trial and error to fix our old boiler problems we had excellent advice and service over the need to replace our old gas heating boiler. the team that arrived to fit the new boiler and control system were excellent. They arrived as promised on the day and on time. They were neat workers and very efficient. They caused the minimum disruption to the household and finished on the day and on time as promised

Booked the boiler service on the same day under the Boiler Service Plan. Three engineers pop up within the next hour. Antonio and the others 2 did the service very tidy and clean. I even got the house owner safety certificate by email later. My boiler is on the safe hand. Thank you Bishop Plumbing and Heating and all their engineers.

An engineer came out to service our boiler and I cannot fault the customer service. From the communication from Bishops plumping to the engineer himself. He was very professional.. very friendly and the job was done quickly.

Brilliant service from a lovely company. Service was top drawer from the support over the phone provided by Kelly to the quick and efficient job done by the engineer. Came out 3 hours after I called which was fab as we had hoped for a same day fix. Really competitive pricing as well. Cannot recommend this company enough.

My hot water immersion heaters decided to stop working over the festive period of Christmas/New Yr. I contacted Bishops Plumbing via their online form and asked for an engineer to attend ASAP.
As this was right in the middle of the bank holiday, they were unable to send an engineer but sent a link via text with a self help video and some information to support until they could get someone out.
I did this and had hot water! They then made an appointment to come and check the issue, provided a quote and once accepted, made a return visit to finalise.
Brilliant communication throughout. Keep up to date with visits. Arrived in the agreed time slot. Friendly, professional and quick.

Quotation process was efficient, was very impressed by the detailed information provided, regarding best value and quality equipment that we should buy. From quotation to installion, only 3 working days, cannot fault that. All up and running in one day, very satisfied with the excellent service from the Bishop team.

We had a full installation of a new gas boiler, heating system and thermostat to modern standards. The engineers were polite, arrived on time, worked till late and explained the Nest technology of the system. Bishop is a very professional company and should be on everyone's contact shortlist next to major names.

Contacted Bishop plumbing & heating Ltd through reading reviews, arranged to have a soffit flue kit to the external boiler flue on our newly build property to have best practice because of the failure of the developer, installed on the day and time as given from the start to the completion of the works extremely very happy with the communications of the office staff, price, and installation by Paul Bishop and his colleague, thoroughly recommended and will be using again and recommending this company in future.

The team at Bishop (Paul, Antonio and Harry) installed the latest intelligent cylinder and boiler for us last week, and did a great job. Kept us informed throughout, were very precise with their work, and everything worked first time. We're very happy with our decision to ask them to do this complex installation.

Paul (the guvnor) obviously knew his stuff so didn't have to sell the business to me when he surveyed a week or so before installation.
Yes, I had cheaper quotes, but, they couldn't offer the same 10 year warranty & service back-up.
Initially pleased with the product (Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 30 KW combi boiler) & installation.
Only time will tell regarding their service & warranty support.

First class service from Bishop Plumbing. Antonio and Harry did a fantastic job of installing a new boiler and hot water cylinder. Can't recommend them enough - worked extremely hard, clean, tidy. Went the extra mile in resolving an issue (not of their making but meant that they couldn't commission the new boiler).

A very pleasant fitter who kept his sense of humour even after getting caught in the showers every time he had to go to his van.
His knowledge extended beyond boilers, giving us advice regarding the concerns we have with our shower.
