Stay far away
I, as well as others, ordered during a back to school sale on 7/25. After not receiving my order or any real responses, just AI, I tried to cancel. They didn’t respond and shipped out items a week later that I no longer needed now. Still haven’t received refund on items now out of stock a month later.

DONT ORDER! big huge mistake if you do. I have been trying to get a refund. I put in for a refund but at the last window they switches over to an exchange and then you’re stuck. (With the same item!!)
They say they give you 60 minutes to cancel your order. That’s not true either because I sent an email because their phone numbers don’t work. It takes 48 to 72 hours for a response from them via AI, It’s not a real person a blanket email. And they charge you $6.99 for shipping PER ORDER when their shipping fee is already $8.50. They are extremely expense kids shorts $60.00! The only thing else I can say is just don’t do it do not order from them.

I placed an order for one item on August 8th. Emailed company after the 7-10 window only to get AI reply. I did ask for live agent and never had the opportunity to speak with or get response from one. Fast forward to August 22nd … an email finally comes in saying my order has been fulfilled. I will not order from this company again. I am not a fan of AI customer service and being inundated with their emails about their products all while waiting on my purchase. I wish I would have read reviews before placing order .. lesson learned !

Worst company experience ever
Worst company experience ever. I’ve been waiting over a month for my order, with no updates and no communication that items are out of stock. At this point, I don’t expect the products to ever arrive and will need to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs — outdated designs, terrible service, and hopefully retailers stop stocking their products.

Product never arrived
I ordered the Navy pinstripe shorts and a Navy pennant tee for my son's birthday which was in July. The order wasn't "track able." I couldn't tell what the order status was when I checked periodically.
Fast forward to today, August, 21st, 2025 and I received an email stating I will receive a full refund with no answer as to why.
I don't want a refund. I want those 2 items for my son. I sent an email asking as to why? I received an AI response (the email actually stated that information) that the company is busy and can't answer my email right now.
Not happy. Their customer service and communication needs a lot of work.

Complete disappointment
I ordered all of my son's school gear from here 2 weeks before school started, which should have been plenty of time since they were promising 7-10 business day delivery.
It's been 15 days, school started last week, and it hasn't even shipped yet. Seems like this is happening to everyone. The CEO posted something about taking accountability and fixing it by end of week - except that was a week ago, and my stuff still has no status.
There are a lot of bummed kids going back to school in last year's too-small clothes because of you. You should be ashamed, clearly greed got the best of you and all you cared about was growing - not about fulfilling the promises you'd already made.
You should have stopped taking orders the minute that you realized you had a problem and couldn't fulfill them.
I'm so angry and disappointed, but not nearly as disappointed as my kiddo.

Placed an order on 7-25 and while they were happy to charge my credit card and take my money I have received none of my items. Customer service is non existent I emailed 3 times over the past 2 weeks with no one ever getting back to me. I’ve tried going on to their Facebook page and everything is just ignored. I have no problem waiting for items but to be completely ignored is extremely aggravating. This is not a trustworthy company ! There are plenty of other baseball brands that are much better. Ive placed orders with Bat wrapz, baseballism and Diamond district and I’ve received all of those orders and the products are all good quality

Stay away
I would give zero stars if I could. I placed a large order on 7/25 for back-to-school items for my children and have received nothing. Customer service is a complete farce—responses are clearly AI-generated, and no one can provide a real answer.
Meanwhile, the company bombards me with daily marketing emails about new “drops” and immediately pressures me to shop more whenever I check my order status. Weeks later, the owner finally emails, offering excuses instead of taking responsibility.
This company is incompetent, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They clearly prioritize marketing over fulfilling orders or supporting paying customers. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise anyone with a shred of common sense to avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible customer service…
I ordered in mid July for a birthday gift for August 5. I didn’t hear anything from this company for a few weeks then I tried to contact them. I sent an email which received an AI response. Then I just received an email saying my order was cancelled. I wish I had read the reviews before I order because there were hundreds and hundreds of bad reviews on shipping and customer service. Don’t waste time ordering. There are plenty of other places to order cute baseball clothes.

Poor communication
Poor communication, lack of customer service. They are likely selling items they do not have in stock. I spent over $300 on an order from July 25 and only received 4 of the 11 items I paid for. No updates were provided and they are not responding to my emails. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as disputing the charges for fraud with my bank.

Ongoing Issue with Missing Items from Order Placed on 7/14
I placed an order on 7/14 and was notified that it would be delivered last week. However, when the package arrived, it was missing two pairs of $50 shorts and a $65 hoodie. I contacted customer support and received a generic, copy-and-paste response stating it would take seven business days to resolve.
I replied immediately, explaining that the delay was unacceptable given that the mistake was on your end and the items are still in stock. Today, I received a UPS notification about a shipment, only to find that only one of the two missing shorts was sent—and still no hoodie.
I emailed again and, once again, received the same canned response. At this point, it’s incredibly frustrating that no one seems to be actually reading the order or addressing the full issue.
I highly suggest pausing drops and online orders until you can resolve outstanding customer service issues and fulfill existing orders properly. Your current process is not working, and customers deserve better.
Please escalate this issue to someone who can resolve it fully and promptly.

My first order went smooth. Everything was shipped and received in a timely manner. My second order is another story. Order was made on July 5,2025 and just today July 21,2025 received only partial order with no mention or tracking for second missing item by customer service team. Customer service is horrendous. While the quality seems good and the designs are wildly popular, the shipping delays---and lack of honesty and any real updates from the company---are appalling. I ordered three items 10 business days ago. Initially, I was told the items would ship in 3-5 business days, and then 5-7. The website tracking simply says "Your item is being prepared." There's also language that shipping takes place after payment is verified. When I talked with customer service, they acknowledged that all online payments are made via credit card and that credit card payments are processed instantaneously. So why the mumbo-jumbo about payments needing to be verified? A lame attempt to buy more time on shipping? The company needs to adjust their expected shipping times. After my less-than-satisfying encounter with customer service, I went online and found many, many complaints about shipping. I have several problems with this. 1) They clearly know they have a problem, yet refuse to acknowledge it and have not adjusted the stated shipping times. 2) If items are intended as a gift for a child, there will be ensuing disappointment. 3) I live in New England and the window of time to wear the two pairs of shorts I ordered is, well, short -- and getting shorter with each passing summer day. (The third item, a t-shirt, has along shelf life.) 4) Customer service typically responds in a timely fashion, but without ever conveying any real information. Nor do they offer a token gesture such as a discount on the existing or future purchases. (Not that there will be any. I'm pretty much in "never again" territory at this point.). This company has grown fast, probably too fast, and at this point, you can almost see the implosion coming. They're certainly charging enough for their goods to be able to hire more employees to ramp up production or process orders or both.
