Headset broke...thet said gonna send me another one

Well it was easy to purchase, as far as the headset goes we’ll have more to say when I start using it.

I rate my experience with black and gray has been to unique I ordered a headset didn't get it got a hold of them they found out that I did order one and they resent me one that's awesome that's bar none five stars thank you black and gray I haven't received it yet but I know it's on its way

Easy to read and understand the description.

Had to contact support Team to check on shipping. I had used a different email address and forgot. contacted support and the responding a quick timely manner and the issue was resolved

Should have bought last week 10.00 cheaper I think

The headset is fantastic and lives up to its reviews. When I had an issue the company and it's supposed staff was extremely helpful and so kind. Totally unlike most customer services. Definitely recommend them.
