Charged me even though i already cancelled my subscription and made sure there was no auto renewal. Wouldnt issue me refund as i didnt cancel my subscription on time even though i did not even subscribe and says i have no active subscription?

When I get stuck on a problem, I open Blackbox and let it give me a suggestion just to see another angle. Most of the time I end up changing the solution, but it still gives me a spark of an idea. I like tools that help me think but don’t try to take over everything, and this one feels like that. It stays simple. I don’t feel pressured to use every suggestion it gives me. On days when I’m running low on patience, the small push it gives me is enough to continue coding without getting frustrated.

Very bad customer support. I paid for the 50% off promo and they never applied the promo to my account. I contacted them via X, which seems to be the only line of contact they have, and the person was mucking me by telling me that they already applied the credit, etc. all lies! Find a better solution. Worse AI coding tool. 👎👎👎👎

I am contacting you regarding an unauthorized amount that was deducted directly from my IDE account, even though I had already deleted my linked payment method and removed every payment-related setting from my account.

Despite this, I was still charged $40 x 3 without my permission. This charge is not authorized, and I have full screenshots and evidence proving that I had already removed my payment information before the deduction happened.

I kindly request an immediate refund for this unauthorized transaction.

If the issue is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to open a dispute with my bank for unauthorized payment withdrawal.

Blackbox.ai is a complete disaster. Their app builder does not work, and there is no tech support for Enterprise users. Waste of money and effort. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Blackbox's interface feels smooth and minimal. Only issue is some icons look too tiny on the screen.

Didn’t think I’d like talking to an AI while coding but the voice assistant is nice. I ask small things like “explain this error” and it replies quickly. Wish the mic detection was smoother though.

i used blackbox ai for some of my projects. This site is poorly built by AI and it doesnt have basic features, for example i have a 2 screen setup and when i go to my second screen, the sidebar opens and closes so much, thus making my pc slower, i had a subscription for a month and after 3 months they keep withdrawing money from me , or at least they try, terrible AI, its better to stick with ChatGPT for general use and Claude for coding instead of having both of them in this terrible site.

I signed up for a one-week free trial and used the $5 credits they provided. After finishing, I disabled the auto-purchase option and left the website. The next day, I was shocked to see a message saying, “We have successfully deducted $20 from your account.”

I contacted customer support immediately, but they ignored me for over a week. My bank also said they couldn’t refund the money. If anyone from the support team sees this, please provide a working email or social media contact — the $20 is still charged to my account.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Blackbox AI’s paid plans. Their pay-as-you-go system is unpredictable — you can spend $20 in just a couple of hours. For the same price, ChatGPT Plus lasts an entire month.

Blackbox ai has been very helpful for especially that im a student. I like how it provides complete and detailed info of anything i asked for. Highly recommended! No cap! 🧢

This tool is a game changer. This even plans ahead what I'm trying to build using this, not just generating codes abruptly

Tried Blackbox AI on a recommendation and honestly didn’t expect much. Ended up building a full app prototype way faster than I thought. The tools are easy to use, and the built-in agents saved me hours.

Only downside is that some features still feel a bit new and rough around the edges, but for the price, it’s absolutely worth it.

Why is this company still allowed to be online . Robbing gits please don’t use them . They are not a trustworthy company. Total con artists AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
