I tried the Backbox.ai trial but stopped using it almost immediately — the platform felt unfinished and unreliable. Then, without any notice or email confirmation, they charged me for a full year. I contacted their support several times and was completely ignored. Even my credit card company couldn’t get a response from them while resolving the charge.

It’s extremely concerning when a company charges customers without consent and then goes silent. Based on my experience, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Blackbox.ai is a complete fraude. Pay attention.
They simply charge monthly a value that you cannot stop because you don’t have any subscription at all.
They don’t answer to any message sent.
What you are doing is robbery!!
Charging against no subscription!
you must be reported and legally prevented from operating for the good of all.

I’ve messaged their support a few times and got completely ignored. Honestly feels like a scam when a company charges people without consent and then disappears. Avoid at all costs.

I’m extremely disappointed with Blackbox AI. I signed up for a free trial and canceled it before the trial period ended, but on September 6th, 2025, they still charged me $19.99 without my authorization (Invoice #AKKQZBAT-0002, processed by Stripe, Visa ****2228).

I never agreed to continue the subscription, nor did I use the service after cancellation. I contacted support, but there was no proper response or refund. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam or predatory billing practice.

I’m requesting an immediate full refund and confirmation that my subscription is permanently canceled.
If I don’t receive a response soon, I’ll escalate this to Stripe, my bank, and consumer protection authorities.

I have full proof of the charge and cancellation.
Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this service to anyone!

I used a 90-day free trial, got billed 20$, reached out to the customer support. They told me that they'll give my information further to the Team and then I got ghosted. Then I just got billed 10$ again. That's just a bad customer support and there's no reason of billing people in a free trial without them purchasing anything!

absolute faik seite mann zahld wenn es dann irgend wnan mal kalpt für einen service der weder richtig funktzioniert noch irgend was richtig kann im gegne teil die ganzen modelle kann amnn so gut wie ind er tonne kloppen weder können die modelle wirglich coden udn gpt5 und co wird nicht genutzt das ist alles faik da mann für diese angeblichen modelle dann noch mal extra zahlen mus die ganze plat form sit eine reinste faiker platform und absolut nciht weiter zu empfhelen weder funktzioneirt das zahlungs system vernüftig noch die modelle

1. Terrible Support - Completely Unresponsive/Sends to a broken link.
2. Useless subscription that provides nothing useful.
3. Your subscription says something about credits but seems like you they don't renew monthly.
4. Credits are vaguely described and used excessively with requests, like 0.67 credits for a single request which is ridiculous considering $1USD:1 Credit.
5. UI is literally a broken app which is ironic considering it is based on developers using to fix apps.
6. Paid to be a tester pretty much as it couldn't solve the issue.

No option to delete account. You still get charged even after removing your payment details. Poor customer support. Thin line between buying credits and subscribing.

DONT SUBSRCIBE FROM THIS AI YOUR $10 WILL GONE AFTER A MINUTE.. ITS TOO EXPENSIVE,

Please stop taking money from me and refund the $20 usd you took from me after I have already cancelled the subscription, just stop it please.

thought I was using Grok 4 for my stuffs, instead it was deepseek r1 (which was free btw). took me so long to realize that was the reason why my work took much longer than the free option of chatgpt

After charging me when I know I canceled my subscription they continued to bill me. When asked for a refund I was ignored and told to cancel my subscription again. I did and inquired about the refund once again. I was told it would be passed to the "Team" who ever or what ever that department is. To only never hear a word from them again. I filed a complaint with BBB in hopes to resolve this matter.

Not only they do not have an option to delete your account, even if you send and email to customer service they don't do it.

Terrible customer service!!! They claim to offer a 30day guarantee on their product but after using it and realising it doesn’t work as expected their customer service team is non existent and they do not reply to requests for refunds.
Keep away. Other agents work better for coding.

Fake! The models on their site aren't actually what they claim to be. Their "o1-pro" model can barely comprehend input from languages other than English.
Their 4.5 preview model is actually the wayy cheaper, 4.1 nano under the hood.
UI is buggy.
Scam service, don't bother with them

Dieses Unternehmen bucht Zahlungen zufällig ab und hat mangelhaften Support. Ich habe bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen, und wieder ne zufällige Abbuchung für ein Abo das ich nicht begonnen hatte.

Scam website. I just lost 15$ buying subscripition. Total waste.
