Blackstone Surveyors Reviews

From the moment we got in touch with Blackstone we received an excellent service. Regular and clear feedback, prompt responses to emails and clarity over exactly what would be undertaken and when. We needed a valuation for a 2 bed property with additional context and received a comprehensive report within the agreed timeframe as well as helpful additional information related to the process we were undertaking. Would strongly recommend Blackstone to anyone looking for a survey.

Omar has been a pleasure to deal with, providing a truly detailed report with great insight and context into the property I'm seeking to purchase. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Blackstone - Omar carried out a building survey for us within a few days of requesting one. Called the afternoon of the visit to discuss key findings and summarised these in an email - this was useful as it meant that we could negotiate on the house price without having to wait for the detailed report. The report provided was very comprehensive and we were really pleased with our choice of surveyor. Omar was truly excellent and showed his expertise. Would highly recommend!

Blackstones supported me with a valuation for a Help to Buy repayment. Of the firms I contacted, Blackstones were the fastest to respond, and were able to come and perform the valuation the next day. Got the report in less than a week. Very competitive price, good communication, fast and friendly service. Would strongly recommend.

I already rated them the best, but we did not go with the house they first inspected, we used them for the next house, same top service, even when we had problems a year later we contacted them and they immediately called and talk to us, even it was on a Saturday evening! They answered our emails even when we asked opinion about houses we would offer on!
That's what I call seriousity, passion, dedication, supportive and just the service and job done we all would love to get in our daily life!
Bravo and keep up the best work!

I am so thankful that I chose blackstone to complete my full building survey as Omar was brilliant, professional and very helpful from start to finish.
Omar was incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of the building and put a huge amount of time and effort into producing the most thorough report I have ever received. He really knows his stuff; he outlined all the issues present and gave detailed information on rectifying these as well as having multiple meetings with me to discuss the findings. Omar gave excellent advice on additional areas and even highlighted things that my solicitor had overlooked to ensure that I had all the correct information for my house purchase. Omar had a fantastic standard of work throughout.
I am just very sorry that I didn’t instruct Omar on my previous purchases where many things were missed. Honestly I cannot thank him enough and would gladly recommend him to everyone for their survey needs. I will be keeping my full report for many years to come to consult back to.

Fantastic service. Very thorough and extremely good value.
Highly recommend - Al is a true professional!

Fantastic service from Omar, punctual and ensured a quick turnaround time. We went from initial contact, to booking our valuation, to having the report completed and received all within a matter of days. Will be recommending to family and friends!

Omar is very professional and his service was great. Requested for a valuation and the turn around was quite quick. The report was completed with a lot of detailed analysis. Will be referring Omar to friends and family and will definitely use again.

Thanks for quickly sorting out my report.

Omar was great when we needed a valuation for selling our Help to Buy flat. Quick, efficient, and well priced service. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to thank Blackstone Surveyors for their valuable assistance. Having had a great experience the first time round, I reached out to Blackstone for another valuation. Once again extremely professional, and competitively priced. Will definitely engage this company for the valuation of our next property!

Great service. Omar was very efficient, friendly and professional. thank you!

Outstanding service from Blackstone Surveyors. The director was extremely professional, personable and patient in describing the valuation and lease extension process in detail and all the legalities & information needed to obtain what was needed. Concise and detailed valuation done in a timely manner and very competitively priced. Overall great experience and would highly recommend and use again.

I recently needed a valuation for my property and I am really happy with the service provided by Blackstone surveyors. They were very professional and helpful. They took note of all my comments and provided a very in depth valuation report in a timely manner. Highly recommend them!

The best service possible, cannot recommend highly enough. We are in a time pressured situation yet Omar responded to my query within minutes and arranged to come over the same day. Not only that we recieved our report on the same day. By far the best experience with customer service .
Omar is friendly, professional and knowledgeable- will always recommend in future.

Omar was fantastic. Very professional and knowlegeable. Constant communication before, during the survey and after publication of his report. We went to the property where we went through his findings. That was the most helpful part, enabling me to visualise elements in his report (with lots of technical language). I would recommend Blackstone surveyors.

Omar at Blackstone Surveyors was brilliant. Highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend and use again. A company that takes pride in it's service and values it's customers. Thank you

Blackstone Surveyors service was nothing but exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quality surveyor.

I had spoken to the director who had gone above and beyond in explaining the lease extension valuation process, the potential issues and resolutions methods which is something I did not expect. After speaking to many surveyors prior to contacting Blackstone's I knew after my initial call that I had to appoint them, and I am so glad I did.

Everything was completed and provided within the given deadlines, communication was fantastic and the report was very clear. Thank you so much!

Would definitely recommend Omar and Blackstone Surveryors. He was so efficient, able to come and do the valuation within a couple of days, and he returned our HTB valuation (with a fair valuation) within 24 hours.

Quick, friendly, professional service. Would recommend.
