I would have given four stars for the final look but there were two things that happened that made me only give 2 stars
1) the hardware provided didn’t work to secure the blinds. I ended up having to go get flatter screws so that the blinds would clip in.
2) upon opening the boxes with the custom blinds, I found one was correct (blackout) and one was incorrect (transparent). This was a huge pain because I had already waited for the blinds to arrive only to have to wait again for the correct one to be made.

Have found dealing with Blinds to go to be easy and consistently pleasant, staff, installer and the actual product have all been superb.

They are a well organized company not only a shop. Good working system..

There were repeated problems...All of them due to poor service, careless service or poor production in your factory. Blinds received had manufacturing problems & there was a measurement problem that was due to your salesperson neglecting to explain your systems...all measurements provided by me, the customer were exact, as the manager in the store can attest to. Repeated appointments for service person to come to our house were missed and incorrectly scheduled and we got many useless calls and wrong emails from your scheduling department. Redone piece was wrong on the first try, so it had to be done a 3rd time! I was promised the piece would be delivered to me but it wasn't. After it arrived in the store, I would have had to wait another 3-5 business days for it to get couriered less than 2kms to my house, so I had to go get it. $700 worth of blinds and I got put through the ringer. Better spend a bit more and get quality blinds and better service someplace else. Blinds To Go is pathetic!

This was second experience with BTG. I will definitely have future business with the co. But my in store experience was not that great. But guy who came to take measurements and install was great. I was happy with his service.

The service was great, from consultation to installation. Appointments were quick and easy to arrange. My only complaint is that once the blinds were installed we noticed they were quite dirty. Not sure if there was some sort of residue from the manufacturing facility or what it is, but I'm a little annoyed because now I'll have to spend a good amount of time to clean each panel as it's quite unsightly!

We had an issue with a blind purchased a year ago and the staff at the Barrie store were amazing. The repaired product works better then new. Great service.

We have used Blinds To Go for many years, and always been very satisfied. This time I noticed a new procedure - asking customers to send in photos of their windows, so that their staff could check the conditions before putting through the blind order. A good idea.

I had very good and timely service from BTG and am extremely satisfied. Their agents at the Davenport Toronto location are well trained and very helpful and fast.

I would definitely use Blinds To Go in the future, the blinds are terrific.
The installer, Sean, was terrific and I was quickly able to choose the blinds, fabric, and style in the store with the help of a courteous and knowledgeable staff person.
Their COVID protocols were followed very well.
They were a bit too pricey for me but I guess you get what you pay for!

The windows were replaced in my condo -- which meant my existing, custom blinds (from Blinds To Go) would no longer fit. I thought I would be faced with the expense of buying new custom blinds. When I spoke with Blinds to Go, they offered a cost effective solution and repurposed my existing blinds at a small fraction of replacement cost. They were polite, fast, reliable and helped save me a lot of money.

Everything went smoothly in the showroom. Definitely time for a rebranding tho. The carpet is bright red and the store itself feels really dated. To be honest it felt a bit overwhelming to see all the product once in the showroom, but I got what I wanted and needed.

Melissa Rodriguez at the Dupont location were very helpful in showing me all the options I had available. Aaron Anderchuk did an exacting job measuring and then installing the blinds in 5 rooms. I'd highly recommend BTG.

A year ago, I purchased automatic blinds for my new apartment. Twice now I have had to contact Blinds to Go for servicing. Spending as much as I did, I had hoped there would be no need for this to occur. However, Aaron makes up for everything, He is a gentleman who makes everything right.
