Great first experience
I had a very good first experience at Blinds to Go in Toronto. The salesperson really took the time to help me find the exact roller blind I wanted and to get the measurements right. He even double checked them on his own and called back to help me make a needed adjustment. They were delivered well ahead of the scheduled delivery time, and they fit well. Very happy.

Staff should review installations already booked before calling to book
The purchase of my blinds was relatively smooth, replacing a set of 20+ year old blinds. I arrived with all of the required measurements per the BTG website.
I had paid the balance and chose my installation date, but then got another call asking me to choose a delivery date and request to pay the balance. The store was not communicating with the booking staff.
Installation was fast and tidy.

Not happy
The young lady who helped us was very good....knew her product, not pushy etc. The quality of the blinds themselves and the price ....very poor. Unhappy....the ropes that put the blinds up and down get caught unless you use them in an exact angle. $1000 + for 5 smallish blinds....we felt ripped off. Won’t be recommending your company

The length of my blinds are a bit too long because of the measurements Maryanne at Davenport and Avenue Road told me to take.I’m not too happy because I have to adjust my blinds each time I open and close them

Great Service
The staff at Blinds to Go was very helpful and patient with all our questions especially with our bay window measurements. This is our 3rd time to shop for blinds/curtains at the Davenport location and will probably be back if we have window covering needs. A big thanks to Mary Ann who assisted us!

The solar shades are beautiful. The staff at the store were very good and helpful. Installation was good. I did an exchange and they were excellent. Very happy with the service and the product.

2 different locations and 2 different…
2 different locations and 2 different results.
I had a fabulous experience with B2G in Barrie.
I had a horrible experience with B2G in Windsor. Wrong item was ordered. I had to drive the wrong item back to store (60min. drive). Then they insisted I drive back again to pick up the replacement when it arrived. Lots of haggling over shipping cost even though the error was not of my doing. Very frustrating and diasappointing experience.

Wrong brackets were included in the package.
Only one room could be installed.
Bedroom blinds were constructed incorrectly.
We are now waiting for the correct blinds to be rebuilt.

Took forever ...but worth the wait
It took about 14 weeks from point of sale to installation. I guess this is the new normal with Covid. We are very happy with the blinds and the quality. I will note we are repeat customers and this our 3rd house we have used Blinds to Go.
