I have been requesting via customer support ,help in getting on line to my door bell/ video cam for over 6 months.
Absolutely appalling ,ignorant and still here with no device to use.

Outdoor 4 camera is unreliable and buffers most of the time. Lost connections, not picking up any movement. I've reset the camera a few times, changed batteries, reconfigured. Works for a day or two then the same problem. I won't be renewing the subscription. It's garbage. I hope Amazon are seeing these reviews, you should be ashamed of yourselves!....

What an absolute scam. Purchased a video doorbell and camera with floodlights. With the 30 day free trial I was receiving notifications of when someone was at the door or passed the camera, so when I missed these notifications on my phone, I could look back to see who it was. The equipment wasn’t the cheapest around so when the trial ended that’s when everything stopped. No way of seeing who had passed the camera or who had pressed the bell. These companies that command a monthly subscription on top of the exorbitant prices they charge for the equipment need to be stopped. I have since removed all the equipment from my home and deleted my account. I sold the items purchased and have now got a cheap camera that doesn’t scam people out of more money. Shame on you and all the others like you.

First 2 cameras broke they couldn't even fix the problem they were having connecting to the modem anymore. Got 2 more didn't last 6 months again same problem stopped connecting. They couldn't fix it. Wouldnt offer me a refund or replacement shoddy company shoddy cameras. Avoid them

Literally impossible to syc modules ,no help ,telephone numbers dont work...Literally useless

So one of my cameras were stolen i did everything Blink asked me for in a claim report chased police reports etc only for them to say the camera was oit of warranty when stolen so will not be replaced did not say this about warranty on their website took them over a week to reply they were not interested you dont treat customers in this manner will be looking to replace my blink system with a different company and will use someone else and will recommend you to nobody

All going well until I added a doorbell. Id already got a £2.50 subscription for my camera but the recordings stopped. I tried using the local storage but this really didn’t help. Sent 2 messages for help and guidance but they can’t be bothered to get back to me. I’ve now cancelled my subscription and will go elsewhere. Customer service is no existent.

Bought this camera three days ago and set it up. It seemed to work fine for the first few hours.
Two days later it sends notifications at night saying there is activity but i get no video clips.
Also when trying to reset privacy zones I just keep getting thumbnail failed message.
To cut a long story short, it is a complete load of rubbish.
Don't waste your money.

These doorbell cameras are alright if your doors or walls are not exposed to the weather elements, so for example you have a porch with roof over the top to keep wet weather off, otherwise the rain or moisture gets inside the cameras and the pictures are blurry and your see nothing, the night vision is so bad that it might aswell not be there, you only get a good night vision if you can hang lights around then it's a little better, but I think these products need to be advertised with a better description of suitable site's to be mounted on otherwise they are a waste of money they are not waterproof as described, they do not have night vision as described and therefore should only be described as suitable for outside porches where they are protected from the weather elements, until they can provide evidence that this product has been improved. I have bought covers to improve the quality but to no avail the recent wet weather and all I have is still a blur, so consumers beware they are not what they are claiming in their product description.

I've had indoor pet cams and a doorbell from them for almost a year now and they're not worth the money.

The app is super glitchy and often it's hard to get onto the live feed of a camera, loads slowly to switch from armed to disarmed, or sometimes just doesnt do it at all.

They also sometimes dont pick up really obvious things. I had a neighbour come to my door and come into my house (which was agreed in advance, no issues there) but she literally was able to unlock the door and walk in and there was no trace of it on the door bell!

When I am able to, I will be investing in a better solution.

The battery life is appalling. You have to pay subscription. It’s all a lie. Another load of rubbish from Amazon run by Amazon there’s a surprise.

Blink cameras are absolute rubbish.
I’ve had indoor and outdoor cameras for two years. They say the sync module can be used to record without having having to subscribe, even with a memory stick in there it was unreliable and failed.
So I was forced to subscribe.
The motion detection on them all regardless to which ones is unreliable and hit and miss. I’ve missed vital moments because of them.
If you’re hoping to stop burglars or crime good luck with that because they are useless at working when needed, only do short clips, fuzzy most of the time, dreadful focus on them so you won’t catch a number plate or face and if you want to use them as evidence the police aren’t interested with broken clips lasting upto 60 seconds each and then waiting for retrigger because anything could have happened in that time…

They are cheap and nasty.
Lithium batteries need replacing regularly.
I’ve had couriers come here and the doorbell and front camera haven’t even triggered!
What good is that?
Night vision is atrocious and a waste of time.
But they’ll trigger when the cloud passes overhead just not when a burglar visits…
About the only thing they’re good for is checking your pets indoors and even then they’re rubbish for sound and night vision. Poor focus, limited wide view.
I wish I’d never wasted money on these, they’re all coming down and I’m going for reolink or something that’s got a good reputation and worth investing in. These have to be the lowest end of the market.
And the clips can only be saved for 60 days and then delete so if you forget to save them to another folder of your own they’re lost forever.
Pointless cheap budget, unreliable system that costs more in frustration and disappointment than the cameras and batteries and that’s a lot!

I’ve had Blink cameras for under two years, and in that short time, I’ve already had three devices fail on me. They randomly stop working with no warning or reason, and needing replacements this frequently is completely unacceptable for a product marketed as reliable home security.

Unfortunately, the nightmare doesn’t stop with the faulty hardware. The customer service is hands-down the worst I’ve ever experienced.
Expect rude, dismissive, and at times outright sassy attitudes and responses. There’s a clear language barrier, which might be forgivable if not paired with the poor attitudes and an appalling lack of professionalism across the board. Worse still, if you have a disability, be prepared for an experience that is nothing short of discriminatory — no flexibility, no accessibility understanding, and zero empathy!!

What makes it all the more frustrating is that Blink hides behind a wall of opacity:
•No official complaints procedure
•No access to a head office or escalation contact
•And no accountability — it exists in a grey area with little to no professional standards to report this to

To top it off, the lithium batteries (nearly only available through Amazon, conveniently) are incredibly expensive and don’t last more than a couple of months —nowhere near the advertised battery life.
It becomes a constant, costly cycle for a product that’s unreliable to begin with.

In short: Blink is an absolute horror show of a company, both in product quality and customer experience. Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment —go with a brand that actually delivers on its promises.

Well, I can certainly complain!

All I want to do is monitor my cameras online - why do they cut you off after a minute or so?

Bought a blink doorbell 3 months ago, have spent more on Lithium batteries than the device itself cost. Batteries last 2 weeks at best, and thats with the system unarmed!! Their customer service is shambolic. I've been emailing them for over 2 months and they've been constantly telling me to send pictures and videos, once done, they then ask for the amended thing. Don't waste your money.

I wish I checked these reviews before WASTING my monies, also bought from Amazone and got "NO HELP WHAT SO EVER FROM THEM" If your thinking of buying "DONT"

I have already had quite a saga with Blink. One of a pair of their reconditioned outdoor cams fell over within a month. So I bought a set of three new ones from Argos. Only one is still going after about 8 months. So I complained to Blink in the USA. After wasting loads of my time making me do tests they said the system had fallen over (geniuses) and they were sending me a new three camera system from the USA.

Two weeks later I have chased it today to be told they had a problem, the system was never sent, and now even with the reference numbers etc they are asking me again for all my details. It is like dealing with the most inept business in the entire world. Quite why Jeff Bezos bought it is a TOTAL mystery. But think on because this guy will soon be offering flights to Mars. Lol. I wouldn't get on a tram he organised.

Look, Blink is a TOTAL disaster. I have bought a Tapo system from Currys that doesn't need expensive lithium batteries, doesn't need Amazon to charge £8 a month to store data in the Cloud, and doesn't fail well within 12 months or whatever. Moreover the resolution is MUCH higher.

Simply the worst most complicated cameras ever made, designed perfect to stress you out and tip you over the edge, 100% grey hairs by the time you are finished with this product, customer service is basically snail mail, God forbid you change your Internet provider, your camera will hate that and decide it doesn't want you to change Internet provider, even if you delete your device the kits got a memory of an elephant and will decide it preferred your previous provider and wi fi password.
