If i could give a lower score I would! The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered flowers that were originally supposed to be delivered on Monday for my mothers birthday. Her husband was trying to get them to stick around the house so they wouldnt miss them and it would be a surprise. He rexieved a text saying they were on the way he responded to them and recieved no further reply, he later sent another text and again recieved no reply. Tuesday came, I again was told they would be delivered and again they stuck around home, this was the final day of my mothers vacation. I reached out multiple times throughout the day and was promised delivery by the end of the day. It was not delivered. Now it is wednesday, they are both away from home and customer service is again telling me they will be delivered today, I expressed that i wanted a refund because everything was so screwed up because of their inability to stick to the original plan that I paid for, I was told multiple times that would not be happening. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told I was unable to because no one was there. I am disabled and havent been able to financially afford to do anything like this for my mom in years, now I am and I was really looking forward to making her day now it is ruined and all I have from the experience is regret. I don't even think that what is on the truck is what i had ordered in the first place. I will be using other services from now on and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same if you want to avoid headache and disappointment.

Not delivered on time. No communication. Promised to send gourmet basket and didn’t deliver. Offered $20 store credit. I don’t plan to use them anymore so hence this review and they can keep their $20.

If I could give bloomex a zero I would! I never normally write reviews but I did buy a basket for my husband when he was in the hospital. He was craving sweets so I decided to go ahead and buy him what I thought would be a great experience of chocolate and sweets,they gave us "TUNA FISH" I tried to explain but once they had my money they weren't so keen on helping anymore!! Pathetic! Shame on you!!

Order was never delivered.
Nobody came to delivery the order, when called in to ask their records seemed to say that there was never any intention to deliver the order.
Would not refund the money, only offer a store credit.

I would give Bloomex zero stars if I could.

I ordered the largest version of a bouquet as a birthday gift, but what was delivered was late, wilted, and looked nothing like what I paid for. The advertised bouquet was supposed to contain 15 stems, but only 8 stems (including greenery) were delivered. I was never contacted to approve the substitution or given the option to cancel my order.

When I contacted customer service with photos and a video, Bloomex refused to provide a refund and instead offered store credit. Why would I want store credit after such a disappointing experience? I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

If Bloomex couldn’t fulfill my order as advertised, they should have cancelled it instead of sending an inferior substitute without my consent. I will never order from Bloomex again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable flower delivery.

Clicked on a choice of bouquet, without ordering it yet (was checking out other sites).
Then received a telephone call offering 15% discount. Few minutes later call for we 20%.
Ordered my choice with 20%. The day of delivery, they advised me that my choice had been replaced by a (cheaper) arrangement...
When I asked for a refund, they replied that it was too late because it had been delivered...

My sweet daughter wanted to send me a surprise Mother's Day flower/chocolate gift, using Bloomex. Arrived on time, however in 3 days flowers wilting, and treat selection super cheap. Returned this terrible bouquet to Abby Flowers, and she said she couldn't do anything about it. That after Bloomex takes their % there is minimum $ to provide much. Called Bloomex, "Daisy" said, as long as it arrived at my door fine, they took no responsibility. So neither company took responsibility. They robbed my daughter of $$ to present me with suboptimal product and service. Shame in them both. Never again.👎

They lie. Straight up, they lie! They don't deliver quality! They don't even deliver the correct flowers. They don't give you credit when they say they will. They don't deliver on time. They can't even track their own orders properly. I have an order from a year ago that still says "in transit".

They are the first to deal with, they resting to emails with AI

Ordered the Serenity Funeral flowers package for our loved one funeral. Choose the Supersized Package which they charged extra $125. When the flowers arrived it was nothing like what was represented in thier photos. I made multiple complaints that day and after. They would not do anything about it and then offered a 15% store credit. Please never order from this company you will truly be disappointed. Save yourself from the trouble and go with a more reputable company. Terrible costumer service. Beware of this company Bloomex.ca

I ordered for my mom birthday from USA. It was flowers, balloons, wine and Engraved glass. They only sent her a completely different flowers and a balloon. I had been calling, no one was able to give me an explanation. They just took my money for nothing. My friends, my family and I will never refer somebody to this company. 👎

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order to be delivered on Mother’s Day. It was delivered 4 days later than Mother’s Day and it wasn’t even what I ordered. I ordered a deluxe large flower bouquet and delivered was a small green plant. I reached out to customer service and they said I would get a refund. It is a month and a half later and I still have not received the refund. I have followed up many times and get the same robotic answer saying they have no update and it is still in processing. This company is not reliable or trustworthy at all, please do not order from them.

Flowers that were delivered were not even close to picture that was ordered. I even upgraded to 'medium' & paid extra for a little birthday Balloon. The flowers were delivered 7 days ago, the balloon was flat and flowers not great. Bloomex asked if I wanted a credit with them or if I would prefer a replacement bouquet be sent out. I chose a replacement. This replacement still hasn't shown up so I am thinking they are not rectifying anything. Sadly I would reconsider placing an order with this company if I were you. I

If anyone is looking for an online florist company that delivers PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 avoid Bloomex. They are terrible and a scam and you will regret it.

I just recently ordered from them to send a bouquet of roses to my bf for father's day (since I was working and men don't get flowers often enough). I paid 84.86$ total for the flowers and same day delivery. There was a 19.99$ same day delivery fee.

They changed my delivery date without my say so. Told me they don't do same day delivery, yet they charged me the fee and it says they do online. Then when I finally got home and saw the flowers, half the bouquet was missing. They sent me 6 roses in a mason jar with a card!! Asked for a refund, they told me they can only give me a store credit or send another bouquet over because the flowers were already delivered.

I asked for at least a partial refund for the flowers that they did not deliver and a refund for the same day delivery and they said they can't do so because the order was already delivered.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I also realised after the fact that they have scammed so many others around the world.

Ordered on a Friday for Monday delivery. Received a delivery delay on Monday saying they were unable to contact the recipient...the recipient was myself and no one attempted to contact me. Flowers Received on Tuesday smashed together in a box even though I ordered a vase. Definitely disappointed with the quality and quantity of the flowers. Would not recommend using them.

On June 15 at around 9:30 pm, I called to put an order to be delivered in Florida for June 16th. Order number 569862
Later that night I found out that my husband had already sent flowers to his sister.
On June 16 at 10 am, I called to cancel and they said they will try but as the order was already out, they cannot garantee. As my sister in law did not recieve anything else that day, I thought it was cancelled.
On Jun 18 (2 days after the set delivery date and 2 days after I had called to cancel), my sister recieved a bouquet!!! It took 2 days for them to deliver the bouquet which was supposed to be delivered on the 16th and that I called on the 16th to cancel and they said it was already out!!!! I called and asked for a refund as it was not delivered on the day I had asked. If it was delivered on the day, I would be fine. But I called on the 16th to cancel and they said it was out and it was delivered on the 18th!! I called they said they can only refund the delivery amount or if I retruen the flowers!!!!! unacceptable! I asked to be contacted by a supervisor and they said someone will call in in 24 hours and today is 5 full days and I haven't heard back from them!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE QUALITY OF FLOWERS!!!! Save your money!!! I was supposed to receive a bouquet of flowers at my place of work. They never arrived on the date that they were supposed to be delivered. My stepdaughter called to find out where the flowers were. They were late, were going to be delivered the next day. That day came and went. She called again. They were going to deliver to the house, as I was off for a week. They never did. On the 4 day after they were supposed to be delivered at my work, a completely different area of the institution called saying that there were flowers there for me! They had been there for 4 days, boxed! They delivered to the wrong area. You can imagine the condition of the flowers…. HALF DEAD!!!! They never did deliver any to the house. Horrible service that results in terrible quality of product. Spend your money somewhere else…. Where the person will actually receive the flowers in a timely manner and be able to enjoy live flowers!!!!

Plusieurs problèmes avec eux. Pour commencé, j'ai commandé un bouquet pour la fêtes des mères à livré chez ma mère. Je me suis trompé de journée pour la livraison alors je leur ai écrit de livrer le lendemain de ma livraison soit le dimanche au lieu du samedi. Ils ont accusé réception me disant que la commande sera livré dimanche sans faute. Finalement, ils l'ont quand même livré le samedi. Mais ma mère a reçu un bouquet tout fané a t-elle point que le lendemain il n'était bon qu'à jeter. Après plus d'une dizaines de courriel ils ont toujours refusé de me remboursé. Ils m'ont parfois écrit des courriels en anglais seulement. Ils insistaient pour me re-livrer un autre bouquet après beaucoup de courriel sans succès avec eux j'ai accepté mais demander de faire la livraison chez moi cette fois-ci à St-Jean sur Richelieu et non chez ma mère à Longueuil je leur ai précisé cela minimum 3 fois. Mais ils ont encore fait une erreur et ont quand même livré chez ma mère et il n'y a personne chez ma mère pendant 2 mois elle est partie dans un chalet. Maintenant ils ne veulent pas refaire la livraison chez moi à St-Jean sur Richelieu disant que la livraison est maintenant enregistré comme étant re-livré et ne peuvent pas refaire la livraison dorénavant. Alors j'ai redemandé un remboursement qui m'a été refusé encore une fois évidemment. J'ai demandé le nom de la personne avec qui j'écrivait jamais je ne l'ai eu. Alors j'ai demandé 2 fois le nom de leur patron et encore la jamais ild ne me l'ont donné. Et pas de réponse maintenant. J'ai fait une plainte à l'OPC et écrit aussi à l'émission Enquête. Ça rien donné encore. Ne commander jamais avec Bloomex ou Fleur Québec ce sont des arnaqueurs et des voleurs qui se fou du monde qui achètent leurs produits et très très mauvais service à la clientèle voir même inexistant

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday weeks in advance, with instructions to leave them at her door if she was not there. They didnt and sent me a message that they couldn’t contact her and would try again the next day. I complained and got a series of almost identical AI responses. I will try to cancel with my credit card company.

Absolutely horrible. I got grievance flowers for my sister‘s burial and they welt it within four days and I noticed the reason why because they ride with aphids on them and it turned into an infestation around my office desk!!
