Ordered flowers for my new granddaughter. I requested next day delivery. Got a confirmation on my order saying it would be delivered in a week. After several conversations, they told me their system made an error and they'd be there the next day. When I saw what they sent I was so embarrassed. I paid good money for what I could have picked myself. I got back in touch with them and was told "sorry you're disappointed "..that was it. Never again.

I literally placed an order last night internationally (From England) via florist ca for our grandfathers funeral which is today in Toronto. The process start to finish was super easy via the online chat. Nothing was so much trouble. It was delivered on time.

The wreath you created for us is stunning. Even better than the image on your website.

I wish I could select zero stars and I wish I had seen these reviews. This is a lie: "Bloomex Canada is known for it's cost-effective flower bouquets, same-day delivery, and creating a seamless gifting experience." The birthday bouquet I ordered will not be delivered as CONFIRMED and the AI bot answering my inquiries asked that I make the recipient stay home all day because no estimated time of delivery was possible. Then the AI spewed out ridiculous reasons for why they could not "access" the name of the local florist. And then it spewed the same message to subsequent questions. I have never heard of a florist that would not give an estimated time of delivery. Ridiculous. The whole thing. And when I find out from the recipient the name of the local florist, I will review them similarly. By the way, I believed I was ordering from a different company, florist.ca, so heads up.

I cannot recommend Bloomex Canada under any circumstances.

I ordered birthday flowers that were supposed to arrive on my friend’s birthday. Instead, they showed up two days late, after she had already left town. I repeatedly emailed customer service before the delivery, explaining the situation and asking if the order could simply be redirected or otherwise resolved. Every response was essentially, “Sorry, we can’t redirect,” with no effort to help or offer a reasonable solution.

When the flowers finally arrived, a neighbor was kind enough to bring them in and send photos. I was shocked. The balloon was completely deflated, and the flowers were already wilted and looked like they belonged in the trash instead of being delivered as a birthday gift.

I immediately contacted Bloomex again with photos, expecting them to make things right. Instead, I received nothing but a generic apology and an offer of store credit. Why would I want store credit from a company that failed so spectacularly?

I have now requested a refund five separate times, and each time I receive the exact same canned response offering store credit instead. It’s clear they have no interest in resolving legitimate customer complaints.

Late delivery, poor product quality, terrible customer service, and a refusal to stand behind their product. This was honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the frustration and order from a florist that actually values its customers. Bloomex has completely lost my trust, and I will never order from them again.

Its a scam company. 100$ + 15 delivery fee was a bouquet that looked like it was pustchased at grocery store for 15$ delievered in the laye PM with no notice on when will it arrive. Dont waste your money

I thought I would update people on my experience with buying a basket of Tuscany Treasures which turned out to be a basket of cheap rubbish….none of which had ever seen Italy.I have been in touch with Mastercard to get my money back.There immediate advice was to change my card.Seems other scams are going on.So if you paid by card ..change it immediately as they have your details. gp

Was told delivery would be Saturday. Then it was changed to Monday. But now on Monday it says it’s in transit. Now it’s Tuesday. But if the flowers were already in transit for Saturday delivery why is it now in transit on Monday????The person they are for is not home for three weeks starting on Tuesday. So they say the will leave them there. Leave them with whom? There is no on there. I’ve told them multiple times and it get the same generic bs we will leave then there message. Great! What a waste of 100 bucks. Do NOT use this company. They are awful!

Extrêmement déçue..le 13 juillet j’ai fait livrer des fleurs à ma petite fille qui venait d’obtenir son doctorat!
On est rendu au 19…toujours pas de livraison par contre le paiement est passé ! J’ai écrit 2 - 3 fois par jour, j’ai demandé un remboursement ils attendent pour suggérer autres choses…ils me disent que la livraison est faite..mais après vérification aucun téléphone ni livraison à été faite ! Je ne recommande pas Bloomex, malgré leur publicité: livré la journée même …foutaises…..jamais plus de commande chez Bloomex !

I worked with a friend for four years. When she transferred to a new location, I decided to surprise her by sending her a plant. I picked out a tropical plant that had three different varieties of tropical flowers and paid for it.

That is not what my friend received. Bloomex did not have the plant they advertised in stock, and they decided that it was too expensive to purchase something equivalent to that plant from another supplier, so they chose to send a vase full of flowers.

A vase of flowers...to a friend who had just been through a bad break up. She saw them and immediately thought I was making a move.

I contact Bloomex and demanded either a full refund OR that they send my friend what was ordered. They refused both options. They offered me a credit online, but they never followed through with it.

My friend doesn't talk to me anymore because she thinks I can't be trusted. And this company got my money and only made excuses instead of amends.

Avoid them like the plague.

I wished I seen these reviews before dealing with this terrible company. Never ever order anything from these people. The flowers that I sent my sick friend were an embarrassment. For the price there were 4 half dead flowers not even matching the colour let alone the number in the misleading picture. Also as with other customers, they were late and rude customer service when I phoned to enquire. Never again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthdays. Still no delivery after a week! I have sent emails weekly since asking for a refund and all I get is a generic response telling me they are still looking into this. It’s been a month now. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I don’t think I’ll ever get the refund 😞

I ordered flowers for my Mother in laws 75th birthday, and it was a complete mess. I called customer service and they transferred me around to about 10 different people.
I used this service so many times before, and recommended it to so many people

I only purchased from them once, about 8 years ago. They continue to send spam despite repeated requests to take me off the mailing list. They keep changing their email address to enable continuing to spam

I would rate this experience a huge 0! I planned this special delivery for my best Friend's 65th birthday. I called them the day before so I could be certain that this would be delivered perfectly for her special day. She ended up having to pick them up herself and the nearby gas station the day after her birthday. The worst part is that I have tried to reason with this company and they only have automated responses. So annoying!! They automated that they can't help me over and over again. DO NOT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE FOR FLOWERS!!

The flowers that come are horrid, they look like cuttings swept off the floor and put in oasis. Came with a lovely family of aphids as well as little black flies. Mum and I tried them three times. Gluttons for punishment. Don’t buy from them and do your research. They have many different names, but same company. Beware!!

Le salon m’a confirmé que bloomex ne les ont jamais appelé et qu’ils sont toujours en retard pour la livraison

Dans un courriel retour bloomex (message automatisé lorsque les fleurs sont livrées) dit qu’ils ont appelé le salon et que le salon débutait à 16 h FAUX il finissait à 16h

I am extremely disappointed with their service.

I placed my order with the understanding that the flowers would be delivered on the 12th. I even received a confirmation email stating that my order had been received and that delivery was scheduled for the 12th.

However, on the 11th, I received another email informing me that the delivery had been delayed until the 14th.

Had I been informed of this change before placing my order, I would never have gone ahead with it. The delivery date was the main reason I chose that company, and their failure to honor the confirmed delivery date has completely defeated the purpose of my purchase.

Wish I had looked a reviews before I ordered. I tried to order flowers for my parents anniversary. Got through proving my payment information but it froze when trying to provide address not allowing me to change province. So I went through the chat feature to place the order where I paid. Then a few days later I was told they charge me twice, once on the website and again on chat. I couldn’t have a refund but could get credit or send flowers again. My grandfather passed away on Monday so I wanted to send the flowers to my grandmother. They stopped responding to my request to send it to her. Friday roles around and I asked if it had been ordered they said the status is paid and provided now other clarification of when it was going to be delivered. They the. Followed up to say it was going to be another week from the original delivery request because it’s outside of their delivery zone despite being 3 minute drive from the first address. Just terrible experience.

Believe every bad review you read about this company. After receiving one of the most laughable bouquet of flowers from this company, they completely ignored any and all attempts to get in touch with them for a refund. So I did the next best thing - filed a dispute with my bank. In response, they're disputing my claim and claiming that they "delivered" my product as promised. Their proof? A false photo of the delivered product and a claim that they offered me store credit as a goodwill gesture. Completely false. That never happened. They will scam you and then lie cover themselves. Avoid them at all costs.

Worst service - will never use them again. The order was ordered for a specific occasion and was late - 3 calls into their customer service who did not care at all. I will never use them again - terrible service.
