Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Rakhi with a promised delivery on Rakhi, but it was not delivered on time. Receiving it after the festival is of no use.

When I requested a refund, customer support simply quoted their terms and conditions instead of taking responsibility for the missed delivery commitment. Very poor customer service and an unacceptable response.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Bloomsvilla

I had a very disappointing experience with Bloomsvilla. I placed Order No. BV24244671, worth around ₹1,300, on 27 August for Rakhi and specifically selected the same-day delivery slot of 3–6 PM. Since Rakhi was on 28 August, timely delivery was extremely important.

However, the order was not delivered on 27 August, and despite the occasion being Rakhi the next day, I received no proper response or update. I sent multiple emails on 28 August, which was the main day of Rakhi, but they completely stopped responding for the entire day.

Then, on 29 August, I received an email saying that my order would be dispatched soon. By then, the purpose of the order was already lost. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund, as the gift was no longer useful after Rakhi. They refused to cancel, claiming that the order had already been dispatched.

The most frustrating part is that the order tracking still shows the order as “Preparing” and not dispatched. Their statement about the order being dispatched does not match the tracking status.

I also told them that I would be giving a low rating and sharing my experience publicly because of the way my order was handled. After that, they stopped responding altogether, and I have received no further update regarding my cancellation or refund.

This is not just about a delayed delivery. It is about taking payment, giving a specific delivery timeline, failing to deliver, not responding when the customer repeatedly reaches out, providing contradictory information about the dispatch status, and then refusing cancellation when the order is no longer useful.

For a gifting website, timely delivery and proper communication are basic expectations, especially for an occasion like Rakhi. Bloomsvilla failed on both counts.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this website, especially for time-sensitive occasions. Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

Absolute fraud company and nothing else just thieves. They are just taking money and not delivering anything. No contact no customer support just an email answers on their whims and fancies. Won't refund my money got wasted they just think they can loot people no body is gonna say anything and nothing will be done. They just make money through fraud.

They cheat. They accept the order for any region even if it's outside the service area. Then they send you an email asking for more money to deliver. It's a scam. They'll offer a gift card and no refunds.

This is a fraud company!!!

they are 100% online fraud company, running this syndicate for log. Never ever trust them, even if they start offering COD. the address of Ahmedabad mentioned on their webpage also seems to be fake. Some tech savvy is operating this fake account and doing day time online robber. legal action follows.
If you look into any of their online products, it shows x amount of people ordered in last few hours, and same data keeps varying everytime you refresh the page. it's a pure algorithm based fake account. They will soon taste their own medicine.

I have purchased flower bouquet for my relative and it was not delivered. A pre-payment is taken. There is no customer service number to contact nor there is any response from the mail id they provided on their website.
I am duped. They are to be unreliable. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOSVILLA. I am waiting for my refund.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH BLOOMSVILLA

I had a very bad and frustrating experience with Bloomsvilla, and based on my experience, I would NOT recommend their service.

I placed an order for a birthday gift expecting it to be delivered on that special day. They failed to deliver the gift, completely defeating the purpose of ordering a birthday surprise.

After the non-delivery, I contacted them and requested a refund. They apologized and informed me that the refund had been processed and would be credited to my account within 10–15 days.

Even after more than 20 days, I have NOT received the refund.

What is even more disappointing is that when I followed up again, instead of giving me a proper update on the refund they had already promised, I was told about issuing a gift card.

Why should I accept a gift card and purchase from the same company again when they failed to deliver my original order and have still not refunded my money?

This is not just about the money. A birthday gift is ordered for a specific occasion. If a company accepts an order and payment but cannot deliver the gift, the minimum expectation is to refund the customer's money promptly.

The repeated follow-ups and changing responses have completely damaged my confidence in Bloomsvilla.

My experience:

❌ Refund promised but not received even after 20+ days
❌ Different responses during follow-up
❌ Gift card offered instead of the promised refund
❌ Very disappointing customer service

I am still waiting for my money to be refunded to the original payment source.

Potential customers should carefully consider this experience before placing an order with Bloomsvilla, especially for an important occasion where timely delivery matters.

I can give negative stars for bloomsvilla if I can. Customer support cannot understand basic english.

I have placed the order to be delivered on 6th August and the order is not yet delivered by 8th August, then they say that hope the receipient loved the order. I explained this in the email, but their response is not even related to my question.

They didn't deliver the flowers. These are fraud people. Never buy flowers from them. No response by email too...

Ordered flowers for my daughters, it was dropped at a nearby shop after a day. Pathetic service, no timely response, and worst customer service. DO NOT BUY

Ordered flowers and cake on 12th July 2026 to be delivered to Kalady, Kerala on 14th July 2026. Paid Rs 1630 online at time of order - Co acknowledged the order - but that was it. Now 3 days later, there has been no communication since the order. Nothing has been delivered. Co wont reply to my email - no ph no is available. This is a fraud online co, just taking money from people and not delivering. I wish I had checked Trust Pilot reviews before ordering. I see many people have been similarly cheated. The Co should be convicted and taken down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE CHEAT !!

I ordered from Blooms Villa, and they failed completely. Not only did my order arrive late, but it actually never arrived at all! They completely missed the delivery day.When I reached out, they lied and said it would arrive "shortly." After that, they completely ghosted me. I have sent multiple emails to their customer support, and they refuse to respond or address my concerns.After looking online, I see that countless other customers have been scammed by them in the exact same way. This company takes your money, delivers nothing, and ignores your emails. Save your money and sanity—do not trust Blooms Villa!

Bloomsvilla is purely a scam! Please don’t order. They’ll accept the order and payment but they’ll neither deliver your order nor refund your money. I think we’ll have to collectively report this and stop others from getting scammed as well.

Which is possible only through email
They tell u its a long distance one so would have to pay 500 INR extra. They are based in Gujarat and my order was for Mussorie.
When i asked for a refund
They stated they would deduct 200 rs or 10% of order value whichever is Higher!
For nothing.
Please do not fall for their marketing gimmick of deliverying anywhere in India

My husband ordered flowers for me for my birthday. After 15 days when I emailed them, they offered to deliver it in 2 days. I mean my birthday passed 15 days ago . Also they don’t give option of refund. They gave option of gift card, after lot of negotiations they agreed for refund, but after deducting 10 % order value. Scam website
