The company took full advance payment and did not deliver the order at all. There is no customer service to speak of and I do not even know how to go about requesting for a refund! I think the only reason they are still allowed to operate in India is because it is a Gujju company! Scamsters one and all!

If you ever want to order cakes, flowers, or any other gifts and you come across a website called Bloomsvilla. Run. I repeat run.

Ordered a Birthday cake for my wife and roses. It was so pretty and my wife loves rosettes. Paid 2049. Set delivery time and everything. Then nothing. I got a tracking link that hasn't changed it's status till now. Called customer care number. Guess what? Number doesn't exist. And the website looks so legit. Just like F&P and igp etc Then I searched on Google 'bloomsvilla' and got multiple pages about people warning that it was a fake company and the scam they are running. I was so sad yaar. I wanted to suprise my wife with a pretty cake. Eventually ordered a cake at 10 pm off swiggy. the scam thing just killed my day.

Scam! Ordered flowers for a birthday and they never showed up. Wrote to them multiple times and got the same automatic response and the flowers were never delivered, even 8 days later. Stay away!

I had ordered a cake and a lucky bamboo as a birthday gift for a friend today. It was never delivered. They have not responded to my emails either. This is unacceptable especially after taking full payment. Such fraudsters with no conscious should be put behind bars.

Horrible experience with bloomsvilla.. I’d ordered flowers for my sil. The flowers were never delivered. If I hadn’t checked with my sil i wudve assumed the flowers were delivered. When I reached out to bloomsvilla they said we are sorry the order couldn’t be delivered and we will issue a refund. But my point is if the order couldn’t be completed shouldn’t they have reached out to me to let me know instead of it being the other way round. Pathetic service. I would never go back to the

I have been a repeat customer of Bloomsvilla, but this year, they failed to deliver on Mother's Day (May 10). Their excuse was flower supply chain disruptions. I wrote to them twice, accepting a delayed delivery and asking for delivery of the original items; or delivery of items of equal value; or refund of my money. Their reply (probably automated) was as follows, and as of May 30th, there has been other action from their side.

It is a scam. We ordered gift for mothers day and paid extra for on day delivery. It is still not been delivered and no response from any email sent.

This website is scam and fraudulent, I paid almost 5000 for a condolence wreath and there was no delivery made. Multiple attempts were made to contact and get a response and there has been no resolution. I’ve given them a legal notice and raised a dispute with the bank. This is the worst.

Extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from BloomsVilla for Mother’s Day 2026.

The order was placed specifically for Mother’s Day and the website allowed me to select a delivery slot during checkout. Despite accepting the order and payment, the flowers were not delivered on the promised date and are still pending even after 2 days.

At this point, delivering flowers after Mother’s Day completely defeats the purpose of the order. Repeated responses saying the order will be delivered “shortly” are not a meaningful resolution for a time-sensitive occasion.

If the company was unable to manage the delivery volume, orders should not have been accepted with slot selection and delivery commitments.

Very poor customer experience and highly disappointing handling of a special occasion order.

I ordered flowers for my mother and mother in law for Mother's day. They did not receive the flowers on the same day as claimed in the website. And I had posted a review here with 1 star.

Update:
The flowers were delivered 2 days later. The quality of the bouquet was good and both my mom and mother in law were happy, but it was not delivered on time. So I am giving a 3 star review now.

Cannot trust this site anymore. We ordered a bouquet, cake and card for Mother’s day, but nothing was delivered.Very disappointing experience .

This was the worst flower delivery experience I’ve ever had.

Before International Women’s Day, we ordered a tulip bouquet worth 7,200rupees . In the end, the bouquet was NEVER delivered on March 8th. It was impossible to reach customer support — no one answered calls, and email responses took forever. We also never got our money back. Instead, we were told that the tulips were “out of stock” and were given a voucher for the same amount to “use in the future.”

Some time later, we decided to give this company a second chance. For Mother’s Day, we ordered a bouquet of 75 roses using that same 7,200 rupees voucher.

And what did we receive?

A bouquet only 20–25 cm tall. The roses were thinner than a child’s pinky finger. It honestly looked like a joke or a toy bouquet for little people. Is this seriously what 75 roses for 7,200 rupees are supposed to look like?

This is not a premium service. This is misleading advertising and a complete fake. The photos on the website look nothing like what you actually receive. Terrible quality, nonexistent service, and useless customer support.

I strongly do NOT recommend ordering flowers from this store, especially for important occasions and holidays. If you don’t want ruined celebrations, wasted money, and total disappointment — stay away from this company.

I placed two Mother’s Day 2026 orders with Bloomsvilla, and both experiences were extremely disappointing.

Order BV24242034:
I entered the correct delivery address in India, but after using Apple Pay, the order was automatically placed using my U.S. billing address as the shipping address. There was no opportunity to review or correct the address before submission. I immediately emailed customer service requesting cancellation and correction, but received no response.

Order BV24242045:
To avoid the same issue, I placed a second order using a credit card and carefully confirmed the correct delivery address in India. I also paid extra for delivery within a specific time window. Despite this, the order was never delivered.

I paid for two orders and my mother received nothing for Mother’s Day. The lack of customer service response and failure to fulfill the order is unacceptable. I requested a full refund for both orders, but have received nothing so far.

Hoping you see this before ordering, complete scam, fake website.

I did not get any response for my order, not able to track and no response to emails. I am not able to cancel the delivery either.

They seemed like the only website who delivered Tulips in India (Bangalore). Paid a premium (AUD 175) and extra for next day delivery. No response or delivery apart from a refence number via email. After two days they responded saying address was incorrect/address beyond their delivery remit. Gave them the address again. Hallelujah!!! They delivered some Roses 2 days later which features on their portal for AUD 20. The delivery guy had the gall to ask my parents to pay for this as well which of course they didnt.

So STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I spent AUD 175 and got ordinary roses. I bet if you order Roses they MAY consider delivering a "5-Star" chocolate (and ask you to pay for it)

Never delivered flower I ordered to be delivered in Bangalore . They took money for delivery of flowers but never delivered. Never order from them.

I ordered a fruit basket in the morning and haven't received it yet.There is no update and I have paid it also..kindly help me get my refund.
