Over the years, I have experienced IT support from various companies and Blucando are by far the best. They are quick to respond and to resolve issues. I have sometimes felt that other companies prioritise clients according to the size of the business but this is not the case with Blucando who have never kept me waiting for support. In this latest instance, Vinnie Itani provided the usual excellent and efficient service in a polite and friendly manner and with minimal disruption.

Blucando do my IT which is complex , has to talk to a document management system and has high security. We are a law firm and require our systems have no down time. Blucando have always sorted out problems and made sure we are quickly assisted if there are problems. They are lovely people and a safe pair of hands
