Responsive, supportive and really good customer service - I appreciated the support that both Nicholas and Chris gave - and Chris was invaluable in playing "Whack A Mole" to ensure that my problem was resolved.

They knew what to do and were very halpful and got it done quickly.

Contacted them regarding sign-in issues. Prompt response from Charlie van Oeffelen. He had a great telephone manner and understanding of my issue.
Logged in quickly and watching him work through the issue to the solution was an eye opener, very good, quick and obviously knows his stuff. Very diagnostic in his approach compared to my experience with other IT companies.

Amazing service. Very professional and solution orientated. Had my WiFi upgraded with 3 Ubiquiti U6-Lite UniFi WiFi 6 PoE Access Point's. Signal has greatly improved. My outside Ring camara's are working now much better too. The whole experience from initial assessment to installation done by Mark Harrison has been a breeze. Price/Quality of the service is competitive. Very happy!
