Excellent service from start the end
Excellent service from start the end. The gentleman who came to the house for the free quote was brilliant, knew his stuff and was extremely polite. Lee, who I believe just does a few days a week installing boilers was incredible, can't sing his praises enough! Over all excellent service, would highly recommend Blue Flame if you need a new boiler! Thank you

Terrible company - do not use them
Terrible. Don’t go near this company with a barge pole. I made the mistake of trusting them and they were horrendous to deal with. Took my money. Didn’t connect the AC unit. Left it unsafe. And then relinquished responsibility to fix and get the unit working that took years to finally resolve.
Awful company. Appalling service. Disrespectful and take advantage of trusting customers. Some neighbours also had a terrible time as well.
Don’t bother with them. Would recommend Stratford Air Conditioning instead - who tried to fix what Blue Flame were not interested in doing themselves.

New Boiler Needed
Without any heating or hot water at the start of a very cold spell and our boiler needing to be replaced, I contacted the company on line, to get a quote and within 12hrs and engineer came out and gave me a very detailed quote and within two days we had a new boiler fitted. We were very pleased with the total experience and we look forward to working with Blue Flame Energy for many years to come.

Fantastic
Well. I clicked on an Internet link for a quote and a few different companies offered quotes, but meanwhile Blue flame energy called me to make an appointment to see the site and quote. I accepted the offer and within a week my new Worcester Bosch boiler was installed, up and running.
It is, I can honestly say, one of the best companies I have ever had working at my property. Shane was the guy that fitted the boiler and flu and he cleaned up ALL the mess removed all the packaging and my old boiler and flu.
All in all, an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend Blue flame to anybody who wants a good job at a decent price.
Oh, and by the way, this comes with a 15years guarantee and free 15year servicing. Happy days!!!

Blue Flame aircon/heater
Blue Flame were very good at explaining the options for us and arriving at a suitable aircon/heating solution. It is now installed and works well, making a cold conservatory cosy and comfy.
Rob installed it for us well within a day. He was friendly and very considerate, never leaving a foot print or any mess, despite the installation requiring drilling etc. He took into account how the compressor should be located around our ASHP and the finished job is neat and unobtrusive.
Highly recommend Blue Flame and Rob.

Combi Boiler Replacement
Blue Flame Energy Solutions recently replaced my combi boiler and did a fantastic job. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, with everything done online - quick, clear, and convenient.
