If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were so very disappointed with Blue Haven Pools - shoddy workmanship, incorrect measurements, coping tiles that had to be removed and re-done all with a ton of bonding agent really atrociously visible, rust-coloured stains throughout, and the list goes on. Took them to fair trading, some things were slowly fixed but we just gave up as nothing was their fault and we just grew tired of dealing with their dishonest tactics... of course they did offer to fix their mistakes if we were willing to pay them more than the contracted price to fix their faulty work. Absolutely disgusted with what I feel are nothing less than shonks.

We had Roy come to our house at 8.30 PM after his long drive from Kiama....to give us a perfect detailed description and a quote on our concrete pool.
He made our decision to get a pool very easy.. and provided us with all the information we needed..
He is an asset to Blue Haven Pools..and a very nice guy

Had the pleasure of dealing with Roy at Lansvale Head Office, after 18 years of procrastinating about getting a pool he has won us over with his honest and straight forward approach.
I would recommend any future customers looking at getting a pool to contact Roy. Looking forward to a professional and hopefully smooth process of getting our pool installed.

When our pool was built 15 years ago we had all sorts of problems with Blue Haven and needed help from Fair Trading. Eventually had to live with some minor annoyances as they treat FT with contempt as well.

Forward to 2018 and the pool developed an enormous leak and after several attempts & numerous testing, a leak was discovered. We fixed but still leaking. Forward to October 2019 and we have exposed all pipes and found nearly all are leaking all the way down the line. The reason is they used thin walled PVC instead of the PVC Pressure Pipe. This caused the pipe to break and split due to the amount of pressure placed on the pipe work from settling over the years.

The pool was not cheap and to skimp on this particular product has caused so much unnecessary stress. Would not recommend Blue Haven to anyone. Plenty of other pool companies that will do a better job

Anyway, back to finishing the repairs .....

I cannot complain about construction or any of the tradesmen that turned up to work on my pool BUT when it started off with a leak from day one it became a nightmare of no returned calls no returned emails,people promising to turn up and simply not turning up
communication is non existent
Do not let their prices fool you in all honesty I would rather have paid more money to get less headaches
Head office are either great at lying or their sub contractors simply dont care

Hard working, professional and honest crew. Nothing was a problem always willing to make it happen. So far enjoying the pool build experience.

These people are awesome. We have enjoyed a totally professional experience with Remonda from original quote negotiations to the final product. They even pulled a few rabbits out of the hat to get the job done and do it well. As a builder I can say I found my pool builder. Well done Remonda and her team.

Any construction project is a stressful process but it’s easier when you are dealing with a company that has been doing it for years. Their team are really professionals and know what they are doing. I also dealt directly with the director Remonda and she was very understanding and helpful when I had questions. My Pool is sexy and I know it :)
Would I recommend them to a friend/family , Yes for sure!

We have just finished our pool if you can call it finished. Never met such a rude bunch of people, They just wont communicate because we are upset with some of our pool build. Walls curved (meant to be straight) pebble rough, plus they damaged alot of our coping tiles and wont fix, they have asked for final payment of $2000 to receive handover when there not finished, and now will not even talk to us. We ended up coming to an aggreement over final payment, but now 6 months down the track have further issues to sort out.

The guys at Bluehaven create pools for you, your lifestyle and blend in with your home. They don't just provide a cookie-cutter design and offer ideas and suggestions you may not have considered. Our backyard has become a resort!

Thanks to all the great team at blue Haven for the fantastic work they did on our pool, especially to Billy, Richie and Sandra who were more than helpful. Our kids are so excited with the fabulous 10 X 4.5 pool we got.

Long process with not a lot of communication, interior/pebble roughly done & had to be corrected, allocated supervisor hard to contact & not really interested. Other trades they use charge over the top prices.
Had to call multiple times regarding pool skimmer cover that was supposed to be supplied, when this arrived at their shopfront no contact made, only due to dropping in & enquiring if cover had arrived they advised it was there & had been for a couple of days.
Personally feel that once contract signed & monies paid, interest on their end drops off.
Based on this, cant recommend to anybody thinking of building a pool & have actually advised against 2 families of going with them.

WOW! What an absolute pleasure to have our pool built with Blue Haven! This is the second pool we have built in our lifetime and we are so happy we have found Blue Haven. Their entire team have been so good, from amazing planning communication right through to construction. They knew we had a tight schedule to get the pool in before construction on our house started, but the General Manager, Richie, was a true standout, managing to get our concrete pool shell completed in record time. THANK YOU Blue Haven for being the best at what you do!

We had a pool & spa constructed with inadequate supervision. Problems which were notified in writing to Blue Haven have been ignored & are only now being attended to after 3 months of several emails & numerous phone calls which has been very frustrating.
The company is happy to get total payment even before the pool is operational but very slow to rectify problems afterwards.
Our 'Mineral' pool & spa was made operational in December 2017 & we are yet to be given any details on the quantities of minerals to be added & how often they should be added even though I have requested that information in 3 different emails & 2 phone calls. Still waiting on a response!!!
Customer service is almost non existent.

I met the blue haven team at the beginning of March of Rosehill pool show. I ordered the pool at the show and have had the best experience with them. It’s now the end of March and blue haven have already Concreted my pool. They took care of everything from the design, the drawing up the plans, lodging to the private certifier and last week they dug a hole, steel fixed it and sprayed the shell. I am totally stunned at the speed and professionalism with everything. I highly recommend them especially if you want to get things done fast!

My land is not yet registered but I bought a pool from blue haven pools last weekend! I was offered a 24 month building option and locked in a good price. Our sales guy said it was like buying an apartment off the plan so now we are saving heaps of money by planning ahead. We are looking forward to getting our pool done soon and glad it’s one less thing to think about with the upcoming design of our house. The sales man also mentioned that if we built the house first we might have lost access to dig the pool which means that a mini machine would add about $10,000 to the project. No thanks! Great advise from Blue Haven and we’re happy to spread the word.

Just want to thank Remonda and the team love my pool and anyone who is thinking about a pool, just do it no regrets best decision you will make. Any problems i had call Remonda she's great. I highly recommend them.
