Great experience so far !! Akeshi has been fantastic
Akeshi is very hands on and receptive and has been amazing through this process even working out of hours getting us a fairly good package I’m impressed with her work ethic !! The deal for our trip to Korea and Japan looks amazing !
The Holiday is planned for next year though so can’t comment on the after sales care at this juncture as a few of the reviewers have experienced issues which is concerning ??

My experience was we miss our first flight out. To Spain. Due to circumstances. We had ring travel agencies to find a good price for a one way ticket. We came across your travel agency spoke to lovely Lady name Ewa. Ewa stored a flight for us. In the evening at a good price. Ewa was very patient we us. Missed our first flight. We were very anxious at the time. Thank Ewa for your kindness towards us.

Hannah was amazing from start to finish in finding and developing the best Itinerary for our forthcoming Safari holiday (March 2028). From identifying the best airport departure and return to the hotels and excursions we will be using. She responded almost instantly to every query and promptly pulled together what we expect will be our perfect safari experience taking in 4 countries and lots of fabulous add ins we hadn’t even thought of for such a good inclusive price.
