Solo Disney Holiday Booking
I was looking at booking a holiday for myself and my 1 year old, this is something I’ve never done before and I had no idea where to start. So I sent a query through BLV and a couple of days later was contacted by Dina who was an absolute star from start to finish. She provided a number of suggestions and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot as I wasn’t sure how it works going to Disney - I’ve never been before). Unfortunately due to work I was very busy so was slow to respond but Dina was very patient with me and was always quick to respond when I was eventually able to. We managed to organise the entire holiday to flights, transfers, hotel and Disney tickets all in one bundle which has made my life sooo much easier. Thankyou for all your help and I look forward to our holiday :)

Aiden at BLV was fantastic right from the beginning. I usually book with Southall Travels but the service Aiden provided now means I'll be doing any further bookings with BLV. Overall i had a very positive experience sorting a holiday for a 10 year wedding anniversary. Dina was extremley helpful with arranging what I was looking for in Iceland and assisted with finding experiences and accodomadation. She was honest when i raised a concern with transfers and was empathetic and listened well when I had any other concerns or issues and helped me plan activities throughout the duration of our stay. I really appreciated her assistance and knowledge, also response time to any queries I had was always prompt.
