BNB Investor Academy has been a game-changer in my short-term rental journey. With their guidance and support — especially from my CSM — I was able to scale from zero to two rental properties in just the past year. My husband and I have wanted to invest for about 2 years but didn’t know how or where. I was originally hesitant about making the financial investment into this course but I can confidently say it was worth every penny. I am a skeptical person when it comes to investors telling you they have the solutions to all your problems. I did my research and decided to give the Bnb academy a shot, and in 9 months it’s changed my outlook on my financial future. Everything you read about this is true. Awesome staff/mentors, legit process, and proven concept. Our Bnb got enough bookings to cover the annual mortgage in the first 45 days live on Airbnb. Worth every penny!

We had been wanting to get in to this space for so long, and grateful that we joined this group. From direct interaction with Michael, to our CSM (Scott) working so closely with us, we were able to get our first two properties during the time of the academy. You get out of the program what you put in, but all the resources and help are there. Our only regret is not doing this sooner!

I was very hesitant to join this program as anyone I am sure would be. This was our first ever investment property and I’m sure glad I had the help / backing of Michales strategy and Kyle’s day to day support and guidance. This isn’t a program that just takes your money and then forgets about its members, they followup and guide you through every step. We have 3 properties, decided to launch one of them into an STR -- and within 1 hour of pushing the listing live, we received our first booking. Ultimately in our first two weeks we were able to pay the mortgage and some expenses. Month two we tripled our mortgage amount in income, and have been booked 1-2 months out.

I knew we'd be successful once we launched, but the fear to get me to that point would not have been possible without the Academy and our incredible CSM Nick.

BNB Academy is exactly what my wife and I needed to help us buy our first STR property. All the information and learning you receive through Michael’s videos help you understand the process. But the biggest and most invaluable help was the one on one coaching (we had Kyle help us). Any time we had a question, concern, doubt or explanation, we were helped and answered in a very timely manner.
