The resources and high quality people made my experience with the BNB Investor Academy great! My CSM Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the Short Term Rental journey from start to finish!

There’s definitely a lot of knowledge and experience in this program. I belong to a few social group pages involving Airbnb support and there’s definitely a difference in caliber. I also can’t recommend Andrew Leist enough. Throughout my whole journey - and it took my a while - he was a great resource. Always available, even when I was in panic mode. Super calm and knowledgeable, and he was very forthcoming with resources in the area and introduced me to folks that could help. I’m grateful for his support and expertise!

Great for someone wanting to get into STR’s. The courses are good for someone wanting to learn more and the deal analysis sheet is very thorough. Our CSM, Oliver was great to deal with. He is a good listener and knowledgeable about short term rentals. He has them himself and is willing to share about his experience.

Oliver has been a great CSM. He is honest and provides realistic feedback and solutions. He is encouraging and keeps you accountable. We trust Olivers advice, an feel he has been a great asset to have as we move forward with our STR journey.

The videos are really helpful, but it's the one on one coaching that is the most helpful! Our coach is Oliver Hayes, and he is awesome! He is a wealth of information and very insightful.

I would recommend this program for anyone that is serious about starting a STR business. The tools and skills the program teaches you will help you succeed again and again. Special shout out to our CSM Scott Prodger who really helped us every step of the way, when we were lost or overwhelmed he was right there to guide us through! Ready for the next property!

Joining the BNB Investor Academy was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The program gave me the tools, confidence, and step-by-step guidance I needed to launch my very first Airbnb. What felt overwhelming at first quickly became manageable with the structure and support of the Academy.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to my coach, Drew, who was absolutely incredible. He answered every question, kept me on track, and genuinely cared about my success. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide on this journey.

This is a great program for anyone who wants to learn more about STRs and start their journey. There are lots of course notes, guidance and zoom calls to fully prepare you on every aspect of what is needed.

Nick Franchik, our CSM was amazing, we talked to him every week/every other week during the process! He was very supportive and we trusted his advice.

We had some challenges as we did everything from overseas so the process took a bit longer and it would have been great to have longer time in the course but overall it was a great experience and we are very happy to have done it!

These guys know there stuff! Marsh was great and has got us to 5 bookings in 5 days! First str experience and Michael’s program is legit!

My wife and I were out on a boat ride when I got a text from Air B&B that I got a 4 night booking for $3,436! This was 1 week after going live with our listing. A huge shout out to our coach Fern, her help has been invaluable in this program! Our goals going into the program were to shorten the learning curve with purchasing and operating short-term rentals, employing best practices, and avoiding critical mistakes. This program and especially our coach, has helped us achieve these goals. Now we’re moving forward searching for our next short-term rental.

The BNB Academy has been a game changer. Already having a STR and operating for two years it has been an eye opener what implementing minimal changes and systems can do to 1) streamline the process and 2) maximize revenue. Emily Jones has been an amazing CSM to have and walk through the entire process from shooting her quick texts to 1 on 1 calls. She also is in the process of launching another STR herself so is in our shoes.

Excellent program for anyone looking to learn more about STRs. Highly recommended for all skill levels. Shout out to Nick Franchik for being an amazing mentor during my time in the program!

BNB academy was like jet fuel for my real estate and passive income goals - I knew I wanted to get there, but they made it so much faster and gave me the confidence to act! The community and resources they are provide are great, but the 1 on 1 coaching and deal reviews were most helpful for me. It was great having 3 sets of eyes on deals i was reviewing, which gave me the confidence to pull the trigger. On the backend, setting up the listing and pricing strategy was a lot of work and nuance - they were super helpful in setting this up. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to supercharge their real estate goals.

Joining BNB helped us take the leap and commit to buying our first STR. We closed and went live with our Airbnb 6 months after joining. The content in the academy is easy to follow and the platform itself is straightforward to use. I personally leaned on the community more than anything - constantly reaching out to people for advice. Our coach Nick was very encouraging throughout the process. He was very helpful in setting up our listing and pricing/management software to ensure we entered our market at a moderately-competitive rate when we finally went live.
I will say that the initial checklist you are given after joining can be a little daunting (it instructs you to sign up for calls with what I assume are BNB Academy ‘affiliate’ companies that deal with tax preparation, LLC formation, etc.). For someone who isn’t experienced and just starting off, it can be a little much when all of a sudden you’re getting sales pitches and being asked to fork up thousands of dollars. Also - I do wish that there was a bit of a grace period (1-2 months) to stay in the academy after going live without having to pay more. There is just so much you experience your first month of hosting and joining weekly calls about automation, etc. would be more impactful once you’re actually living in it.
Overall, very grateful for the experience and the connections made. I would recommend the program to anyone who needs the extra encouragement/motivation to finally make the jump into the STR world.

While I had a slow start getting into the swing of things, I can attest that this program works! You have to put the work in, but it certainly pays off. I officially closed on a property and am in the process of getting ready to rent out. I would have never been able to get to this point without the help of my CSM Oliver. He has held me accountable and been an invaluable resource. I look forward to getting my property up and running and am so glad I have resources at my disposal to help me along the way.

My experience with BNB Investor Academy has been nothing short of amazing. With the guidance and support of my CSM, Marsh, I was able to secure my first rental arbitrage deal! Marsh has been incredibly helpful every step of the way accommodating his schedule due to the time difference with me being in Hawaii.I’m actively working on scaling my STR portfolio through strategic partnerships. If you’re serious about getting into STRs, I couldn’t recommend BNB Investor Academy more. The tools, mentorship, and community are top-notch!

I’ve been in the program for a few months and I am about to go under contract on 3 rental arbitrage properties.
