The Academy has been amazing to work with to guide me in identifying and researching markets, evaluating properties, and purchasing 2 properties. My CSM Grant has been extremely valuable in the process, and could not have done this without him! The weekly calls with all of the experts have been so helpful in making the right choices in properties, financing, amenities, and everything else. Michael and Logan are very involved and provide so much insight and truly care about each academy member being highly successful! It has been a long time goal of mine to own a short-term rental, my original plan was to go it alone and stumble through it with the help of podcasts and other free resources. I followed Michael on Instagram and eventually just decided to take the leap knowing that coaching and guidance were definitely worth the investment to avoid costly mistakes. I’m just wrapping up the program and have successfully launched my property as planned with 70% occupancy rate for Sept/Oct already! My CSM - Kyle was always responsive and was vested in my success. I would do it over again so you could say I would recommend them for sure!

I’d always wanted to own an Airbnb. At first, my plan was simple, to buy a place nearby and figure it out onmy own. Luckily, I stumbled across BNB Investor Academy.

The Academy guided me step by step through the entire process, from analyzing markets and running the numbers to finding great deals and projecting revenue. Having constant access to my coach, Drew, for advice, plus direct support from Michael and Logan, has been invaluable.

BNB Investor Academy has been instrumental in my journey towards my goal of having real estate in my portfolio. It's always been a goal of mine, but I needed that guidance and help. Working with my coach, Oliver, has been a real pleasure...when those doubts came, his assurance and guidance was very helpful.

Joining the program was a decision to push my wife and I into something bigger. They genuinely encourage you to take the next step in your STR journey, and that accountability and pressure to move forward is something I truly appreciated. It forces you out of your comfort zone and into action.

That said, it’s important to be realistic: short-term rentals are not passive income — at least not in the beginning. Running an STR requires real work, problem-solving, and ongoing involvement, which wasn’t fully clear upfront.

I also felt there could be better structure around the end of the mentorship. There wasn’t a clear closing process or follow-up to check in, gather feedback, or guide next steps after the program ended.

Overall, it’s a growth experience — but it’s important to go in with the right expectations.

My wife and I signed up for the academy, researched and selected a market, purchased and renovated a home, and listed the property in under 3 months with mentorship from our BnB Academy partner. Since then, our property’s been live for 8 months, and we’ve already achieved a 45% return on investment from cash flow and tax benefits alone. If you’re ready to put in the work and list your 1st rental property in under 6 months, we’d recommend BnB Academy.

Joining the BNB Investor Academy was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my journey towards becoming an Airbnb host. Before enrolling, I had the desire, but lacked direction. Im writing the review I wish was available when I was considering the academy:
1) Getting guidance from someone who’s already been through it is SO valuable.
2) Learning from (and with) a community who all share a common goal and are in varying stages of the process is huge.
Yes, you can do the research and process alone but time is money and this support speeds up your timeline IMMENSELY and holds you accountable.
Fern, our CSM, was the steady force throughout our journey (she’s amazing, at literally everything!) but Michael, Logan and Jill all played a huge roll as well. We are so grateful for our experience and the support we received to be where we are now.

As one could imagine, there's a certain level of skepticism when you invest in something like BnB Investor Academy. And I would argue that's healthy. But from the get-go the entire team at BnB Academy was very reassuring, encouraging, level-headed, and not once did we feel pressured to make any decision one way or another. Since committing to being a part of this, we've had nothing but great things to say. Every interaction we have with the team, particularly our coach, Scott Podgor, has been SO great!! Scott has helped us understand the process and motivated us to keep going, even when it gets tough. Because of him, we're launching our first property THIS WEEK and we could not be more thrilled! In our experience, trusting this process, keeping your head down and putting in the work, utilizing the community around you, and leaning on your coach is the best recipe for success when it comes to seeing this through. From Michael all the way down to new members of the group, everybody genuinely wants to see you succeed. It's a great feeling and great to be a part of. For everything short term rental related, BNB Investor Academy knows it inside and out. We’ve trusted them to get us all the way from market selection, to buying a house, to designing the STR to finally going live, and now beyond! Overall a great experience from start to finish. Before the academy, I had the idea of starting a short term rental property. Had no insight into what the costs would be or what it takes to actually get it up and running. I would have failed immediately and been deterred from doing another if I didn’t join the academy. They helped me analyze properties, guided me when I pivoted to a different idea, and saw the finish product to help me list. Without them, my property most likely would not have been as successful that it is. Only being 1.5 months being live, I have already produced enough money to pay off all expenses for the rest of the year (6 months worth). The next 6 months of bookings will be straight profit!
