My husband and I cannot recommend the BNB Investor Academy enough. This time last year, the idea of owning a short term rental was a far off dream. Within four months of joining the program we are closing on our first investment property with plans to be launched in the next 6 weeks. The education is invaluable - everything you need to know so you feel prepared jumping into STR real estate investing. It would have taken us years to compile and find everything we have learned in the academy in the last four months. Not only that but I have learned something new in every single coaching call or office hours call.

Not only is the education great, the community supportive but having a one-on-one Client Success Manager (CSM) may be one of the most valuable pieces. Our CSM Marsh has been with us every step of the way, through the doubts, fears, excitement and more he has provided invaluable guidance and support on this journey. We cannot recommend Marsh and the BNB Investor Academy enough!

It wasn’t an easy decision to make when I first joined the academy.... It is definitely not cheap but I feel all the knowledge I gained through the past 6 month was well worth it. I started absolutely from ground zero and now I feel confident in navigate in STR world. Obviously 6 month is not enough to master the business but Michael is offering extension or other opportunities to learn even more. One of the best parts of the program is the chance to build lifelong relationships and be part of a truly supportive community. You can genuinely talk to Michael, he’s approachable, responsive, and always willing to help, even with one-off or personal questions. My situation was a bit unique, I initially joined with the goal of diving into rental arbitrage, but as I learned more, I decided to go with buy-and-hold. Looking back, I wish I had made that decision earlier, as I spent some time exploring a path that ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me. Still, as they say, knowledge is never wasted because what you learn, no one can ever take away....
Because of this journey, I had the privilege of working with two amazing CSMs, Scott and Fern. I’m forever grateful for both of them! We just wrapped up our 6 months of the course. I was hesitant to sign up at first, as it was a large initial investment and how hard could it be to buy a house to rent, but I think we more than got our monies worth. Kyle patiently helped us get our first property up and running, even doing a launch call at 11pm his time on a Friday! The learning curve alone in doing some of the software setup would've taken hours.
There's so much second guessing throughout the entire process and to have an experienced partner helping you along the way, giving you confidence in your decisions , helps to reinforce what you're doing. The daily calls were great just to listen in on even if I didn't have a specific question.
It's also great because you're able to connect with other likeminded investors, and can carry on those relationships long after the course ends.

The people in the program have been very friendly and willing to answer questions. Your coach answers your questions within 48 hours. This gave me the backbone of understanding in Airbnb rentals and gave me the push to want to learn further and be better. Although there is room for improvement, everyone in the program is constantly wanting to make things better and willing to listen to suggestions. When we were ready to subscribe for the second term, they were willing to help with payment options to make it doable for us to return for second term.
