So thankful to have stumbled across this academy on social media! The wealth of knowledge in this program is invaluable. My husband and I are brand new to this, and this course has walked us through step-by-step with such clear direction. So much so that, as newbies, we are getting ready to launch our first 2 properties soon. The 1-on-1 coaching that comes with it is next level! We are working with Arno as our coach, and he has been such a huge help with his first hand knowledge on getting started in the STR space. He answers all our questions, and is there as a sounding board and cautionary voice as well. He’s literally walking us through this step by step.
The amount of extras, like live zoom meetings, referrals, and just over all resources in this academy more than pays for itself. So very thankful to be a part of this course and community!

Cannot recommend this course highly enough! The course material is highly informative and includes all you need to be successful in the short term rental investment space. Pair this with fantastic coaches that literally walk you through each step (thanks Arno!!!), and it’s a recipe for success. Do yourself a favor and invest in yourself!

We signed up for this at the end of August, 2025 and although it was a big investment and a leap of faith in many ways - we are SO thankful to have done this. 4 months in we have officially launched our Airbnb on the side while both working full-time with young kids as well.
The infrastructure, overall platform, tech integrations, business introductions and connections, and resources+ templates make this a turnkey solution to implement the right way the FIRST time.
Our coach, Marsh, has also been an incredible, patient, encouraging, and available resource to bounce questions off of, and continues to be invaluable to us!

Like many people probably were, we were hesitant to make the investment for the academy but it has been well worth it! The 1:1 coaching from experts who have succeeded in the industry and are still in the game today was invaluable. Our CSM Drew frequently checked in and always responded promptly to any questions we had. He helped us from evaluating markets to purchasing the property and setting up operations. The academy also provided so many resources to streamline operations that we simply wouldn't have found on our own. Our property has been live for almost 3 months now and surpassed our revenue projections. We've learned so much and are glad we took the leap!

My experience with the BNB Investor Academy has been excellent!! I was able to launch two properties, and I honestly don’t know how I would have done it otherwise. The educational materials are outstanding, and they’ve preselected and vetted most of the vendors you need, which saves an incredible amount of time and guesswork. They also offer weekly standing calls that cover everything from market discovery to operations, which are extremely valuable. You get to learn from others who are actively going through the process and building their businesses. I signed up for the Academy to make a change in my life. I’d been sitting on the sidelines, reading, studying, and hoping for a way to get started with STR’s. I had been following Michael’s content on Social Media and decided to take a leap out of my comfort zone. In comes my CSM Fern! She has been amazing! She pours everything into her students to ensure their success. All you have to do is show up and have an open mind. BNB Investor Academy has a proven formula and plenty of examples of how it works. I’m just ONE of those. Only a few months in and have a property live and producing. Fern continues to help me tweak things to make sure we are on track. Ever turn something new and every turn she guides you to the answer. I can’t wait to see how much further we can go!!

Nick has been a fantastic CSM—knowledgeable, kind, and always encouraging. As we’ve worked toward buying our first STR, he’s been there to help us evaluate deals, give honest feedback, and even loop in others when we needed a second opinion. I joined BNB Academy in August to help with my STR. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Dante, my CSM, is super helpful, always ready to help guide me and answer all my questions— even the tech stuff. The Academy offers training on so many topics related to STR including how to find a property, lending, design, pricing and so much more. I joined BNB Investor Academy because I wanted to get into the STR business and had little to no clue as to where to even start. This has been a very helpful experience in every aspect and we will be hopefully getting our first STR up and running in about a month. Both the staff and the community have been friendly & helpful, but want to give special kudos to our CSM Arno Stemmer for his guidance, coaching and cheerleading (you do need a good cheerleader when things appear to be getting out hand). I would definitely recommend the Academy if you want to get into STR’s and want to avoid a lengthy learning process and many common mistakes.
