Pro Plan isn't worth the price
Product isn't worth the price, with a lot of missing and crucial features (like new/existing clients), and lack of customization when it comes to changing the order of pages, hiding certain items. On top of the bloated pro price that you cannot refund, made us turn away from this product. For half the price, this is worth it.
They were pretty responsive, and I have no complaints against their standard price as they seem to be better than their competitors. However, the features provided in Pro isn't suitable for us, hence my low stars. We ended up creating an in-house solution.

What an amazing plugin. I needed to tailor BookingPress for my escape room business. The customer service and technical support that I have received during this process has been outstanding. The plugin itself is excellent, the price of the plugin is amazing and the support team always go above and beyond. Highly recommended

Impressive support!
I have been using this plugin (PRO version) for 3 years on 3 different websites. At the time, I evaluated several leading plugins and chose BookingPress for good reasons. But what always amazes me in a positive way is the great support! Only once in three years did a minor error creep in during an update, and it was fixed within 24 hours. The support team helped me with all my other requests using existing configuration options and CSS snippets. Hats off!

Plugin works pretty well
Plugin works pretty well, helps my client book rooms and get payments before the customer. Arrives. Super helpful. Sometimes support can be a bit slow, but they have replied to my requests thus far.

Very bad. The google calendar integration doesn't work at all! And they refuse to give me a refund even I was very close to my purchase date. They really suck.

Incredible plugin and tech support go the extra mile for you. Recommended!!
There are several things about this plugin that are incredible.. one, the plugin is so adaptable and if you talk with the Tech Team they are really helpful in getting you set up. Two, the tech support is second to none, and you don't have to spend ages in ping ponging emails, they will actually log onto your website (with your permission of course) and fix the issue directly. I have only needed their support twice in as many years and it is genuinely top notch.

Great booking plugin with excellent support
BookingPress is a solid plugin for managing online bookings. The interface is user-friendly, setup is fairly straightforward, and most features work really well.
There are still a few bugs in specific areas — for example, the Google Calendar integration can be a bit unreliable at times. However, the support team is incredibly responsive and very professional. Every time I’ve run into an issue, they’ve replied quickly and provided real solutions.
Overall, a great value for money. The plugin keeps improving, and I definitely recommend it.
