I regret purchasing BookingPress. While it’s marketed as a professional-grade booking system, the reality is a buggy, unreliable product with critical limitations — many of which are not disclosed upfront. Support is polite but generally unhelpful, often redirecting major issues to a “feature ideas” board instead of resolving them.

Misleading sales claims, broken functionality, and a lack of accountability have made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend BookingPress to anyone running a serious business.

Dimple helped me get the plugin to sync with my Google calendar when my webmaster had no clue. I appreciate the support they provide.

Have created three support tickets so far for things that don't work in the way you would expect them to, but the technical support advice is bang on so far to resolve the tech issues. Make sure you have a good week or more to set it up to your liking. The support takes 48 hours to respond.

This system is completely unreliable and nowhere near ready for production use. It is riddled with bugs, making it practically unusable. The calendar frequently fails to load, preventing customers from booking, and even the admin panel is plagued with issues, making it impossible for staff to manually process bookings.

Technical support is abysmal—responses are slow, unhelpful, and they deliberately limit the number of support tickets you can submit, leaving you stranded with unresolved issues. For a system that claims to be a booking solution, it utterly fails at its core function. I would strongly advise against using this software unless you’re prepared for constant frustration and lost revenue.

5/5. This is pretty straightforward to the adminIstrator. You have a lot of options to set the plugin up as you would like. I currently have a customized notification setup for each service item which helps.

5/5. This is a massive plus for me. The team has a 24 response period but from experience, they respond a lot sooner, depending on how busy they are.
