I am a WordPress developer, and for most of my clients, I have been using the BookingPress plugin for the past two years. I find it extremely useful because it is incredibly easy to integrate with WordPress. Additionally, it is fully compatible with Elementor, which makes it even more versatile. Truly commendable!

I run a small tutoring program, I have tried many booking plugins but BookingPress is by far the best Booking plugin the UI is attractive my staffs can also manage their appointments directly. The support is also nice they helped me with the configuration as well. Defined give it a try even the free version is sufficient for small business like mine.

Quite a useful plugin indeed. Even the lite version has proved useful features along with less like load complexity as well. I would definitely recommend using it.

I have been using BookingPress for quite a while now. I started of as a free user, which was sufficient in the beginning but the switch from Lite to Pro was next level; it was like I had tons of features that I could fiddle around with. Sometimes I used to run into issues while setting things up, but the support was always there to help, and in the initial stage, they even helped me set Pro up. The price range and the features it offers truly gratefully, so my only advice would be to just go for it.

BookingPress made my life easier! No more customer followup upon bookings. Alongside appointment bookings, BookingPress does fantastic job for managing Google Calendar, sending emails and SMS reminders. Totally loved the experience!

Ich habe 8 Monate lang die kostenlose Variante von bookingpress benutzt, in der ich leide keine Mindestvorlaufzeit für Termine eingeben konnte. Nach der Entscheidung auf die Pro Variante upzugraden und 79 $ zu bezahlen, crashte erstmalig das Plugin und war nicht mehr zu implementieren. Der Support wurde kontaktiert und das Problem besteht nun seit fast 24 Stunden. Es gibt keinen Live-Chat sondern nur einen Mail Kontakt bei dem man stundenlang auf eine Rückmeldung wartet. Bisher hatte ich eine Rückmeldung, die aber überhaupt nicht geholfen hat. Wer eine Website mit Buchungsmöglichkeit besitzt, der weiß auch, wie unangenehm es ist, wenn diese nicht mehr nutzbar ist. Es gibt keinen Live Chat für einen besseren Austausch und auch (anscheinend) keine zweite Person, die sich dort um den Service kümmert, da ich immer und immer wieder mit der gleichen Person einen Chat hatte (im Chat kennt sich aber niemand mit der Technik aus). Wer Geld in eine Buchungsmöglichkeit stecken möchte, der sollte sich einen anderen Anbieter suchen. Wenn es funktioniert, dann ist es okay, sobal du den Support benötigst hast du ein Problem.
Update: es sind 3 Tage vergangen und es ist nichts passiert. Der Support ist ein Desaster

Awful booking system purchased in Oct 2023. Might be aesthetically pleasing but our customers were receiving email confirmations for previous customers' details for the wrong dates & times. I had people able to double-book with no record of the customer on BP but a record on our payment system. They can't offer you help unless they're signed into your account which you have to give access to. The refund button disappears and reappears. The customer details only show their details and not their appointments. Really disappointed with this system and yes it does feel like we, the customers are guinea pigs for a new system. Doubled our workload and now we have to look into another system and transfer all gift vouchers over it. Nightmare.

The application is full with bugs, one bug after other and you will be unsatisfied with your purchase. The technical support gives answers slowly. By the time I got to use the plugin, the refund date had expired. I thought that the solution of the bug would be fine, but then other bugs came such as no booking shown on the application whilst the customer paid for this.

It takes forever to load!!
Still having issues months after signing up to it!!
Don't waste your time!

I am giving my review after using 2 months of this plugin. Really easy interface, no extra cost for the addons. And the most their support team. I faced some issues but their team resolved them within 24 hours

BookingPress is still in development and using their customers as guinea pigs with very little support and so MANY bugs in the software. I can't even access my settings (it goes to a blank page!!). Don't believe these 5 star reviews on these types of sites, they're planted by BookingPress.

Even outside of WordPress, a similar plugin does not exist. The fact that BookingPress is free, as well as the speed with which the tech help responds, is fantastic. Thank you very much for the fantastic booking plugin!

With the BookingPress plugin, you can accept PayPal payments and create customized booking systems on the client side! It's great for booking appointments of any kind. I have enjoyed using this plugin for the last six months, it is easy to configure.
