Very fast and professional service! Would use again.

Great experience, quick and easy

Sent in an old damaged phone, wasn't really sure what to expect as wasn't familiar with the company. Really quick service, phone was collected from our house the next day (didn't even have to pack or get a label), got an email to communicate with me about the price offered really promptly and paid out later that day.

Quick efficient service with clear communication throughout and fast payment. Would def recommend to family and friends and would 💯 use again

Couldn't provide me with the price I was promised because the company I bought the phone from doesnt provide an IMEI number on the receipt.

I asked them to send the device back but was told I have to wait till the following week to get my device back.

Following week came and they said they cant send it back and offered me my original quote. They are refusing the send the device back

AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY’RE SCAMMERS AND TRYING TO GET GOOD DEVICES FOR LESS MONEY. DON’T FALL FOR THEIR TRAP AS THEY’LL ASK FOR AN ‘INVOICE’ OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE BUT THIS IS NOT LEGALLY REQUIRED.

I sent my unopened AirPods max type C in good faith to receive £270. They’re now asking to have a proof of payment of the device, which is not mentioned on their website, as well when you search on google, this is not needed and they are able to check the IMEI. However, they are now using this excuse to offer only £100 instead. While I understand they want to avoid receiving any stolen items, they’re able to check this via IMEI, not invoice of purchase. I’ve asked several times for the device to be returned as I don’t think this is a fair offer for a brand new unopened item, but they’re extremely difficult and offer unacceptable low counter offers instead and fail to confirm that the device will be sent out on the next shipping, which is once a week on Fridays.

This seems like a scam to get good devices for a lower price. BE WARNED and look through the reviews they’re receiving - I am clearly not the only one

I had a very positive experience selling my phone to Boost. The whole process was quick, straightforward and well organised from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, with prompt responses to my emails and clear explanations at each stage of the process.

After my device was inspected, the team kept me informed and were transparent about their assessment. Once I accepted the offer, payment was processed very quickly.

Overall, I found the service to be efficient, professional and easy to use. I’d happily recommend Boost to anyone looking for a hassle free way to sell their device.

Packaging arrived super quick. Sent the phone off yesterday at 4:45pm, just in time for Royal Mail to collect. They received it today. I had an email this afternoon with an offer, I did go back and ask for the phone to be sent back as it was lower than expected. They emailed back with a higher offer, which was pleased to accept. Very quick, clear communication.
Money is currently pending - but all done within 24 hours!

They received my phone which was 6 years old and was told I’d receive £294 for it then they asked me for an invoice stating that I don’t owe any money on it which of course I couldn’t provide. I kicked off so they then offered me £180 which I accepted. Money paid in same day

Absolute SCAMMERS...

I really never write reviews, but these guys are DISGUSTING in their business activities. Very happy for anyone to contact me and I'll show the comms received.

Offered £1070 for an unused iPhone, still in a box. Sent swiftly and they confirmed all was received in the perfect condition. When chased a few days later for payment, they started offering £300 saying that it was used. Just absolute liars!! Refused to send back, so threatened with Police and to sue director of the company DK Business Holdings Ltd, address PAVS, 295 High Street, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4BN. Director being Jagtar Kaur Arora.

After 2 weeks arguing, I finally accepted £825, as they confirmed that they had opened the box, so a similar value to what I would find from competitors online in the now 'used' condition.

ADVICE TO ALL - DO NOT SEND HERE

IF YOU HAVE SENT KEEP PUSHING AND USE POLICE AND COURT IF NEEDED!!

I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH POLICE ACTION DESPITE HAVING NOW RECEIVED FUNDS, I ORDER TO HELP OTHERS FROM BEING RIPPED OFF!!

Good service replied straight away with any questions I had and came good in the deal.

Offer was a lot lower than advertised sadly although the phone was in good condition without issues but was told as it was out of warranty then they couldn’t offer the original price. I asked for it to be returned but it couldn’t be posted back for 10 days but they did offer £20 more. I declined, but stated a price I would be willing to accept but heard no more. I emailed to ask for confirmation that it would be sent back in the day they stated but had no response. Much to my surprise today, the day before it was due to be returned, I received the requested amount via PayPal before I could respond to more emails from them. However, Zaid was always very polite and knowledgeable.

Advertised trade in price for a phone in good condition of £651. After they’ve received the phone because no invoice was provided(which I’ve never had to do previously) they’ve dropped the value to £420 and have delayed sending the phone back. Absolutely diabolical service, terrible customer service and a complete scam.
