Boostgadgets Reviews

Offer was a lot lower than advertised sadly although the phone was in good condition without issues but was told as it was out of warranty then they couldn’t offer the original price. I asked for it to be returned but it couldn’t be posted back for 10 days but they did offer £20 more. I declined, but stated a price I would be willing to accept but heard no more. I emailed to ask for confirmation that it would be sent back in the day they stated but had no response. Much to my surprise today, the day before it was due to be returned, I received the requested amount via PayPal before I could respond to more emails from them. However, Zaid was always very polite and knowledgeable.

Advertised trade in price for a phone in good condition of £651. After they’ve received the phone because no invoice was provided(which I’ve never had to do previously) they’ve dropped the value to £420 and have delayed sending the phone back. Absolutely diabolical service, terrible customer service and a complete scam.

Offer was a lot lower than was originally offered but after good communication I settled at a price I thought was fair! Communication good, and collection was quick! The whole process took just a few days and the money was in my account I would use them again!

Great experience. Quick responses
Would highly recommend

Lots of communication and quick service. Packing sent to me send out at no cost to me, heard back quickly and then money sent shortly after. Only thing was I declared the small defect on the phone and they reduced the amount I’d receive because they couldn’t fix it themselves.

Would not be using them again to recycle any phones in the future, the original quoted price was not matched even though i stated there was a crack on the phone, then when they received the phone they where asking me for proof of purchase and if it was paid off, never had these questions when recycling phones when i stated the phone was bought over 4yrs ago i had no proof and i said just send me the phone back they gave me a speech about oh we can give you money but it will be less then what we said. One of the worst recycling phone experiences.

Easy to sort with postage. A few emails negotiating due to been an old device but happy with outcome. Will use again

I liked that it was easy to pack and send it off.
Price was adequate.
I disliked the back and forth through emails and no double checking on their end which made the experience a little unpleasant.
