Delivery issues
Although I went through an age verification to purchase a set of kitchen knives the driver didn’t leave the parcel and I am still waiting for it! I am very irritated by the delay!

A really super Knife Skills class led…
A really super Knife Skills class led by Grace and supported by Peculiar in Hampstead.
Finally learnt how to handle onions, carve poultry and julienne vegetables properly, amongst other things. Grace was so informative about all the other cooking aspects that came with the class.

Well stocked shop with helpful staff
Pleasant shop, easy to find by Borough Market. Already looked up what I wanted on their web site. Good price even compared to Amazon. Wandered around and found the pepper and salt mills I wanted, staff were very helpful and efficient. Would have been easy to spend much more money in there.

Fantastic fun & new skills learnt easily
It was fantastic fun & I learnt several new easy hacks on food prep - how have I lived nearly 70 years & not known these before! The group was small, so that everyone could follow & hear our head chef explain what to do. Very interactive & all questions answered in a clear way. I loved learning about Fermentation & Pickling. It was new to me. I am excited to see how my jars of picked items progress. We also learnt how to use our new found skills in recipes. We finished the evening cooking a quick supper dish using pickled & fermented foods. Which was brilliant as it showed me how simple they are to use, in lots of recipes. Altogether a very excellent & practical evening. I’m definitely up for doing other classes. Amazing fun & easy to follow.
