Efficient and very easy to organise.most impressed with the service

Easy to use web site. Fast service and product exactly as expected - my orange Peugeot pepper mill looks good and works well. It also has a lifetime guarantee so at 79 I am expecting it to outlast me.

Took a cooking class led by Al, with Peculiar supporting. It was wonderful! They were so lovely, Al was so informative and the food we made was delicious.

This was the Mastering Filled Pasta class at the Battersea Power Station store. Al (instructor) and Peculia (assistant) were wonderful. We had a great time and learned a lot. Al did not compromise on showing us what quality really meant, but he was forgiving when we made mistakes. He not only showed us what to do, but explained why. We learned a lot and finished with a very tasty dinner. The classes are not inexpensive but are terrific value for what you pay.

Borough Kitchen's customer service is second to none - whichever member of staff you deal with they are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Ive been looking for a chefs press set for ages - they kept one aside for me, delivered in super quickly and even sent me a lovely message with the package - makes the whole experience so pleasurable.

All was very clear and understanding, he also kept the pace of the course going so we were engaged the whole time. I nearly recommend this course.

The delivery was terrible .my delivery was morning delivery. So I took time off for the delivery.
Exactly 11:48 on Saturday 8th of March, the Dpd driver driver through the driveway on my house, he came down the van get back inside and drive off, drive off without delivered my package, then less than 3 minutes I got a message that read “ sorry we miss you”

It’s so upsetting to actually so close to received my packages and then see not been delivered.
I will not recommend dpd for anyone for an important package. I did report it to the customer service department immediately. All I got was sorry, you can pick it up from your local shop.

I found it very easy to purchase a gift card, as a birthday present, with the choice of downloading or receiving a gift card.

The space was clean, well organised and easy to navigate.
The class was considered, interesting, diverse, recipes were simple to follow.
The lead chef was supportive, sensitive and friendly. Jasmine created a calm and warm environment between participants and facilitated conversation and exchange whilst diligently teaching.
I thoroughly enjoyed my class and look forward to taking another in the near future. It is so satisfying leaving with not only an experience, but a finished product.

I attended BK’s French Patisserie class which provided a great introduction to making Crème Patissiere and choux pastry. Al, the tutor, was very friendly and approachable and taught in a straightforward and clear way (assisted by Amanda). Very nice to have some nibbles to keep us going, as well as a glass of wine to round off the evening. A thoroughly enjoyable and inspiring evening.

Very chill and cool vibe class. Absolutely fantastic! Al made everything look easy and be easy to follow. I’ll be making desserts forever. Choux pastry is generally perceived as being difficult, and in one evening, Al proved that anyone can do it. Super fun. Can’t recommend Al and Amanda enough.

A really fun and informative evening spent preparing and cooking whole fish in a number of different ways. Highly recommended and a wonderful birthday present that I will put to good use.

Made the order online came within two days wonderful service. Three new grinding disks , all different grades . Knives nice and sharp.
