Needed to return an item and got in contact with Ruby from Bound Apparel who was extremely helpful with my issue. She was very efficient and dealt with my query immediately.
As usual a very helpful and efficient company.

I had a small issue with my order, and Ruby from Bound Apparel went above and beyond to help me. She replied so quickly and handled everything with such kindness and understanding. I ended up genuinely amazed by how well everything was handled. Ruby was so thoughtful and truly cared about getting things sorted, you just don’t see that level of kindness often anymore. This was literally the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I had a problem with a pair of leggings that I recently purchased, so made contact. Ruby was on hand the very same day & resolved my problem rapid fast & very efficiently!! Fantastic customer service from Bound Apparel!!!

I absolutely love everything I got from Bound. Sizes were all perfect, quality was great and I love the shorts maybe even more than my Lululemon align which were my absolute faves prior to ordering the bound 6” shorts. They don’t rise up and even though there is no front seam it doesn’t give the “Barbie crxtch” look which I just can’t stand. I also got three different tops in my order. All of them great, flattering and true to size. The delivery was insanely fast as well. I made the order on a Sunday, the following day was a bank holiday Monday and I received my package the Tuesday morning! Really like supporting an Irish brand also.

I have emailed customer service and have been on to Ruby on many occasions. She has always replied promptly and efficiently and has been ever so helpful in returning one of my items and answering all my other queries, no matter how big or small they may be.

Very quick to reply to emails, queries and concerns. My order came within 3 days, very fast postage. Quality of clothing is impeccable, wow, and absolutely love my active wear set :)

I adore my leggings. They are comfortable beyond anything and fit so well.
I also have the grey zippy which is the cosiest hoodie ever! I return to bound all of the time for more clothes.

The Bound apparel team/ customer service is next to none. I dealt with a lovely girl named Ruby, she couldn’t possibly have done anymore for me. Between answering any questions I had and then as well as solving a problem I had (my fault not theirs). So helpful and responses were fast. Thanks again Ruby!

In error I purchased the wrong item from Bound Apparel. On receipt of my confirmation, I contacted them and had outstanding service from Ruby within minutes. She gave me return instructions and I sent back my incorrect items. There was a small issue with the refund amount and again I messaged Ruby who replied immediately rectifying the matter. There are lots of companies helpful with errors and returns. No company I have ever dealt with replies so quickly. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Ruby.

Recently ordered the new Space Blue tank and leggings. The design is lovely and had great potential however the fabric feels cheap. The straps on the top keep falling down and the top lacks support. The labels both on the clothes and the tags attached look very cheap considering the cost of the pieces. Really hope they make some improvements as love the styles!

My experience with Bound Apparel.
I had ordered the ultimate grey bottoms and ultimate grey zippy on Friday 3rd October and received the parcel Saturday 4th October.
By mistake I was sent two bottoms, instead of the zippy jumper and bottoms.

I had emailed Ruby and she was so helpful and got back to me as soon as possible to address the mix up.
Ruby was very patient and kind to helping me solve the mix up.
Explained everything through email on the steps I should take to do my part to resolve this.
I am very happy with the service Ruby has provided to me and found Ruby lovely to deal with.
