Received what I ordered in record time. Just what I wanted.

Easy web pages, loads of sales and discounts. I have bought a couple of bowling balls and shoes. Excellent products. You would be be happy as I am.

They took their time to insure my re-drilled grip was perfect.

I changed from 15lb to 14lbs balls to help my knees and to be able to get back my ball speed. Jimmy help me pick out the right selection of 4 Bowling balls. Andrew was and is always knowledgeable with my equipment. He drilled all 4 bowling balls and had me out the door in 30 to 45 minutes. Great company and great knowledge!

Tim is awesome! He measured me and got me the perfect new bowling ball, bowling shoes and glove to start bowling again, he is very professional, helpful, listens and gets you the right gear at a great price!

Joey at Dunedin lanes is awesome. Always super helpful and friendly. Never a complaint from me or my boyfriend! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Daniel Hall at Bowler Mart Pro Shop in Jacksonville. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to teach me a lot about my bowling game, including things I wasn’t fully sure about before. You can tell he really cares about helping bowlers improve, not just selling equipment. He explained everything in a way that made sense and made me feel confident about what I needed. I would definitely recommend Daniel to anybody looking for a pro shop that truly cares about your game.

Got a ball drilled for my daughter at the Bowlermart in the Lakeland, FL Bowlero. Customer service was good, took about 15 minutes to drill the ball and then she was able to use it in league play right after.

He promptly took of me and I was very impressed with the ball when I practiced with it ,today.

i dealt with serria N. at bowlers mart. serria's cup of uncooperation runnith over. sadly serria ensist on buying a bowling ball and if they don't have maybe down the road someday you will get my money back. the idea that serria was willing to find the ball first so i didn't have to purchae a ball they didn't have was unacceptable to serria and ensisted that i pay for a ball that they may not have. serria standoffish beligerent6v attitue i find unacceptable and i am very disappointed in serria and bowling mart. what a dissapointment!

Initially I was really mad at them because the Swag Judgement hybrid did not live up to the description of the ad or what it did watching other bowlers. I left a message and Arthur called in a couple days and spent 45 mins helping understand which ball would be better and gave me a store credit! Totally impressive. Now this is my shop for life.

This is a really upstanding business. I had someone charge my card for $250+ bowling gear fraudulently. I contacted Bowlersmart and they took care of it right away. Kind and honest people.

I ordered a ball on a Tueday, in hopes that it gets to me before Saturday (I live in Florida and their main store is in Florida as well). My order included express delivery.

However, it did not leave the warehouse till Friday (Today). The ball I ordered was in stock, and the label was created the same day I ordered.

I contacted Customer Service, and the Rep (Sierra) assured me that it would leave the warehouse Thursday (Yesterday). Turns out it just left the warehouse today. So chances are Im going to be getting it late tomorrow or possibly Monday.

I was a first time buyer for this shop, and this is certainly the final time I buy something from them. Just an overall terrible experience.
