Easy to navigate, order filled correctly and shipped promptly. (Still not happy about the surprise packaging fees.)

Absolutely love BowlersMart. I messed up my delivery address but didn't catch it until the ball shipped. As soon as I let the staff know they got a new one in the mail to the right address and stopped delivery on the one already en route.

Order still hasn't made it to me 6 days later

I asked them to deliver the bowling balls to the bowling alley that I bowl at and it came there just when they said it would.

I ordered a mystery bowling ball knowing that receiving a random ball is part of the experience. I wasn’t disappointed by the ball I received—that’s the risk you take with a mystery purchase.

What was disappointing was the condition everything arrived in. The shipping box and the original manufacturer’s box were both heavily damaged, and it was clear the package hadn’t been protected very well during shipping. Unfortunately, the ball also arrived with some minor damage, which is not what I’d expect when purchasing a brand-new bowling ball.

While the damage doesn’t appear to affect the ball’s usability, a new bowling ball should arrive in new condition. Better packaging could have prevented this and would have made for a much better customer experience.

I hope more attention is given to packaging in the future because the mystery ball concept is great, but products should arrive in the condition customers expect.
