Had a great experience with BowlersMart.com. One of the few places I could find bowling shoe options in my son's size (Men's 14W). His feet had grown 2 sizes between the end and start of the HS bowling season so we were in a rush to get shoes that fit him in time for tryouts. I believe we ordered at almost midnight on 8/10 and received them on 8/14. He really like his Epic Evo2D Duo Dial. They had more room which he needed and he really likes the Duo Dial. We returned the Hammer Vibe Black Grey Right Hand as they were tighter on his foot. Still a nice shoe but there was not as much room for his foot so went with the Epic. Also preferred the adjustable duo dial. Received in good time with tracking information to follow for each pair. I ordered two pairs and one of them worked great. I could not access the return form to return the pair that didn't quite fit him, but a ticket number was assigned with a notice that they had received my request and they were efficient at replying with a return label and I received the credit to my account efficiently. Great system with email updates and easy, efficient communication. Would absolutely recommend. Happy mom & high school bowler!

Good turn around time. Good selection. I am a newbie so the descriptions on each ball was very helpful. Would have been 5 stars if they would have mentioned estimated time when ordering a drill service. I asked a follow up on that and received an answer quickly which is very appreciated. Thanks!

I have been ordering all my bowling balls from Bowlersmart since 2023 when I started bowling again after a 15 year layoff.

Never seen such fast shipping, exactly what i wanted. Shipping was abit pricey too canada +fees but got my ball from florida too canada BC in >30 hours thanks

Easy to navigate, order filled correctly and shipped promptly. (Still not happy about the surprise packaging fees.)
